Avis : The Trawangan Resort

工作人員非常友好和禮貌，酒店出來的沙灘很漂亮，可以隨時游泳玩水。早餐很不錯，建議定房的時候帶早餐，物有所值。

Sur la plage, sud de l île avec moins de touristes partout, nous étions quasi seuls sur la plage qui est très très belle. En ce qui concerne les villas 2 chambres, elles sont grandes, propres et magnifiques avec une petite piscine privée très agréable. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Pas mal de restaurants proches, dont le night market et le petit Gili, très sympas le soir pour dîner. Un des coups de cœur de notre voyage

J'ai eu cet hôtel le jour de et c'était facile d'avoir une chambre. Excellent service pendant tout mon séjour, belles chambres, juste en face de la plage, la chambre au dernier étage était magnifique, je le recommande vivement à tous ceux de la région

Je peux évaluer cet endroit et son personnel est assez élevé. J'étais malade quand je suis arrivé et le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour que je me sente à l'aise et pris en charge. Véritable service du cœur. Les chambres sont incroyables avec une vue incroyable sur l'île de LomBok. Bonne nourriture, bonnes boissons, noix de coco fraîche et juste de bonnes vibrations. Un vrai bijou de Gili Trawangan.

Endroit très confortable, confortable et idilique! L'emplacement est parfait car il est en face de la plage et proche de toute la vie centrale de l'île, mais assez loin pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit. C'est vraiment comme le paradis!

Emplacement fantastique juste à côté de la plage surplombant Lombok. Excellent service amical, villa spacieuse et propre avec piscine privée. Près de nombreux grands restaurants. Gili est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, faire de la plongée avec tuba, dîner au restaurant, nager, faire du vélo, se faire masser

Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour ici. Nous avions une villa avec piscine et jamais eu une aussi belle chambre que celle-là. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. L'emplacement est parfait. Proche du centre et proche de la plage. Nous pensons déjà à revenir une fois.

Staff is super friendly, especially the guy called „Sandy“. He and his friends organised couple really nice birthday surprises for my girlfriend. The only thing what could be better is the Ac, the acs in the upper rooms (deluxe rooms) are to small for the big room. Everything else was really nice

My stay at The Trawangan Resort You can see the sea from the room and the balcony. The view is magnificent. Sleeping won't be a problem because the pillows and mattress are top quality. Minor remark is that the wifi is poor. The staf of the hotel is very very helpfull. Mr. Zan, one of the staf members, could also give some historical info of Gili Trawangan on what to do. The location of the hotel is top. A very good swim, snorkel- and surf beach just across the hotel. Quiet and again on 15 minutes of walking distance of the centre

I was in the Trawangan resort for 5 nights with my 2 toddlers staying in a 2 room villa. Perfect location if you try to stay away too busy/crowd area but also easy to reach to the key locations with few min walking. We had a great time, all the resort staffs are super friendly (just recall Mas Yari & Sandy name) & tried to accommodate us in best possible way. Only feedback I gave them was to have more fish options in the menu considering we are in a sea beach resort & expect to have more fish option. They helped extensively to guide us how to reach to the resort by managing the right boats & also helped to arrange the boat & car for the return to airport. Defiantly I'll love to go back again

Perfectly located just outside the busy area of Gilli Trawangan, it was super clean and the staff were lovely 😍 Breakfast was definitely the highlight, not only was it delicious, but was served on the beach!

Was there in September 22 for 3 nights in a Villa with pool.Was a very nice place to stay.The Staff where so helpfull and friendly that i was overwhelmed.The Breakfast was on the Beach with a beautiful view on Lombok Island.Breakfast was average but ok.The best Thing on this Island is,that there are no Cars or Motorscooters,just Horses and Bikes.What a wonderfull quiet place.

I stayed at the Trawangan Resort for a little over a week with two friends; we had one of the 2 bedroom villas with private pool. I don't even know where to start to describe how perfect our time here was! The villa was beautiful, spacious and cleaned perfectly. It was also very quiet throughout the day: I think location is one of the Trawangan Resort's strenghts; we are a young group and came to the island also to enjoy the nightlife. Here you are just a 5 min walk from bars and pubs, but you are also far enough so you are not disturbed by noise late at night. The private swimming pool was amazing and cleaned daily. The beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant had the most amazing view: we had breakfast daily directly looking at the sea, on the beach. It was our favourite part of the day! We also enjoyed a complimentary dinner on our last night, and we had a fun karaoke night organised by the hotel. We walked all around the island but quickly realised we had the best part of the beach right in front of the hotel! The Resort provides you with beach towels, sunbeds, small tables, and serves you food and drinks on the beach too. If you're lucky, you can spot turtles here early in the morning. You can also surf here since the waves are amazing in this part of the island. However, the best part of our stay was the STAFF: everyone was so helpful and pleasant throughout the stay and they made us feel super welcomed. They helped us with everything we needed, for example organizing excursions and activities. We really felt like it was a 5-star service :) I had the pleasure to spend my birthday here and they made sure to make it an unforgettable experience! The whole staff surprised me on the day knocking on the villa's door singing happy birthday with a guitar and with a cake for me and my friends. They also arranged my room with birthday decorations. I loved it so much. They made us feel special the whole time, asking how they could help us and remembering all our names, which was a very nice touch. Thank you so much Trawangan Resort, I won't stop recommending you guys to everyone who decides to travel to that little corner of paradise that are the Gili Islands. Sonia, Daniele and myself want to thank you again - we can only hope to be back in the future! Grazie mille from Italy!

The hotel was under going some refurbishments when we were there as it had been closed during covid. It didn’t bother us and I’m sure it’ll be lovely when it’s done. Our daughter (5) had a stomach bug when we arrived and the staff were very kind helping bring her food she felt she could stomach. We also had help from one staff member, Sugeng who collected our passports from the immigration office on the mainland after we’d applied for a visa extension. He offered to do this on his day off which we really appreciated and saved us having to get a boat there and back with a sick daughter. Would definitely love to go again!
