Qu'est-ce que je peux dire à partir du jour où je suis allé l'année dernière pour demander à notre écoute de mariage son équipe était étonnant chaque fois que je me suis rencontré avec Scott J'ai senti comme s'il était un de mes proches amis il était étonnant à partir du jour 1 Le mariage écoute le personnel n'a pas pu nous aider assez le jour tout ce que je peux dire était remarquable même s'habiller avec un cheveux un texte pour lui an il avait des boissons pour les enfants an adultes à la réception Je devais jeter en fin de discours pour lui remercier un Robbie Nous avons également resté une nuit extra en mari une femme et Martin un scotch étaient étonnants de s'assurer que nous avions tout ce que nous avons besoin tous ceux qui ont assisté au mariage ont dit qu'ils ont eu une heure étonnante an il était aussi très heureux avec leur petit déjeuner un checkout temps je suis goutté Tout est fini maintenant mais une chose que je sais est que je vais avoir une nuit à côté de Leonardo comme ils vous regardent depuis le début pour finir la plupart de tout J'ai fait un grand ami en Scott Je le rédige toujours lol

J'ai eu une bonne communication avant mon séjour, quelques textes me rappelant. J'ai aimé le contrôle personnel sur écran, ils économisent du temps. La chambre elle-même était censée être une ”reine” mais elle était extrêmement crampée, le lit était un petit double au mieux et il y avait un étrange lit de trous sur le double, ce qui a fait de la chambre se sentir si petite et oppressive. Le terrain de la salle de bains était inconvenant. Il y avait une porte qui rejoint ma chambre à la prochaine qui était moins que idéal. L'ensemble de l'hôtel était très bruyant, vous pouviez entendre les portes ouvertes et fermées partout. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit qui venait de la chambre à côté de la porte qui était pire par la porte, puisque cela a fait plus de bruit. La fête a enfin arrêté à 3 h. Ce n'était pas seulement moi, mon collègue devait demander à quelqu'un de venir et d'arrêter une fête dans la salle à 1 h et il était 2 étages. Pas de chauffage, pas d'eau, une chambre de base.

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable, mais plus de connaissances sur les routes de bus auraient été utiles compte tenu du nombre de villageois qui restent ici. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon. Le lit double a pris l'ensemble du bar de la chambre, mais ce n'était absolument pas un problème parce que je n'avais pas besoin d'espace. Il y avait une salle de bains et une salle de douche humide, une télévision, un miroir, une zone de penderie (pas un garde-robe plein mais il était absolument certain de ce que j'avais besoin). J'ai apprécié les touches supplémentaires intéressantes qui avaient été clairement considérées pour un espace compact comme le stockage sous le lit pour bagages, Wi-Fi gratuit, points de raccordement et interrupteurs de lumière par le lit et n'ayant que nettoyage et lit modifié sur demande Et pour un supplément, plutôt que d'être inclus dans trois coûts de la chambre quand il n'était pas vraiment nécessaire ou écologiquement consciente que j'avais seulement deux nuits de séjour. J'ai payé 25 £ par nuit à travers booking.com qui pour un centre-ville est excellent.

Il y avait des installations de thé/café dans la chambre et si vous couriez de la fourniture, vous pourriez descendre à la réception/à la salle de repas et prendre plus de choses, ainsi que recevoir du café et du thé des machines là-bas. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de bruit et de troubles dans l'hôtel et les chambres sont situées sur les étages supérieurs, vous n'avez pas reçu trop de bruit de la rue de l'extérieur.

L'hôtel de première classe avec un excellent personnel et des chambres, je reste ici chaque semaine en travaillant en Écosse. Tout le personnel que j'ai dû connaître au cours de l'année dernière est excellent à l'intérieur et ne peut pas faire assez pour vous.Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de choix, les repas de soir sont aussi bons. Je m'arrêterais ici avec ma famille plutôt que juste pour travailler.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times and absolutely loved it. Beautiful modern comfy rooms, lovely bar area and the best ever showers! We have always experienced first class service from lovely staff. This unfortunately came to an end when we checked in last month. There was one really lovely young lady at reception as we arrived but she was caught up with another guest sorting out a problem with the TV remote control. I believe this girl summoned another staff member to come out from the office to deal with us. Out she came, never said hello, no eye contact infact was cold, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing she was not happy at being called out of the office. So, with a cold and hostile attitude, we were checked in and given keys. As we always requested a downstairs room, I noticed our room was upstairs. I asked if there were no downstairs rooms, and we had requested this. She said”yes so I see,” and said no, there aren't any . So would you not think that when checking someone in who had requested a downstairs room, you would at least acknowledge this. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning and we have been staying at a different hotel. It's such a shame when the hotel is lovely and that one ”huffy” receptionist can ruin everyone else's hard work.

Je ne me plains pas pour dire que je plains de tout, mais je suis le perinnique ”vieille homme grumy” quand il s'agit d'hospitalité au Royaume-Uni dès le dernier moment. Le service de l'hôtel est un service de remise en forme de service de l'hôtel. Le service clientèle à QUALITÉ est exceptionnel, vous obtenez parfois un bon membre du personnel mais de la visite, au petit déjeuner et les questions simples qu'ils vont à la mer. Le personnel de la réception m'a rencontre avec un grand sourire et une chaleureuse réception, ma chambre était propre et bien servie et la réception est confortable et confortable. Mais ce n'est pas assez coupé, j'avais quelques petites questions, juste où je pouvais imprimer un document, obtenir une tasse de thé et trouver un cadeau pour mon partenaire (je l'ai oublié son oeuf de Pâque). Je passe probablement 200 nuits par an dans les hôtels et mes collègues considérablement plus, je vais utiliser exclusivement IHG qui va avant et nous recommanderons tous de faire la même chose.

L'éclairage de l'immeuble est très subtil.
Seul une main et une serviette de bains dans la salle de bains et, bien qu'il y avait plus au fond du lit, nous ne savions pas où trouver ces serviettes jusqu'à ce que nous nous en sommes vérifiés. J'étais dans la douche avant de me rendre compte qu'il n'y avait pas de seconde serviette et il était trop tard pour la réception par téléphone.
La réservation avait 2 noms pour la chambre, nous aurions attendu des serviettes adéquates dans la salle de bains ou visibles dans la chambre plutôt que sous le lit.

La suite de fitness est fondamentale mais une bonus définie. Le petit déjeuner était supérieur à de nombreux autres hôtels que j'ai séjourné à ce point de prix.

IInvitéLe centre de Glasgow est un centre de recherches de la ville de Glasgow, où il est très bien situé. Les hôtels que j'aurais attendu de payer ＞£100 étaient £150/180. Le jury était de £111. Une chaleureuse réception de la part du personnel de réception et le principal lobby est moderne et propre. La chambre que nous avons été attribuée (618) était un peu datée. Il était spacieux parce qu'il était une chambre accessible, pas à notre demande, peut-être pourquoi il était moins cher que les autres. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas dormi très bien. Les fenêtres n'ont pas fait assez pour écouter le bruit de la rue, les murs étaient en papier mince et vous pouviez entendre les voisins parler, plier et dépêcher des objets électriques - toutes les petites choses tranquilles que vous ne devriez pas vraiment pouvoir ici. Notre chambre avait un bruit de bruit qui vient du vent dans la chambre qui nous a gardés réveillés jusqu'à 7.30am... puis les voisins ont commencé à se préparer à se débarrasser. Nous n'avons jamais plaint pendant la nuit parce que nous étions si fatigués après avoir été sortis toute la nuit et le bruit était intermittent, alors juste quand vous pensais que vous étiez de retour au sommeil, il a commencé à nouveau. La chambre était propre, mais comme je l'ai dit, et pour cette raison, je ne pense pas avoir choisi de rester ici.

IInvitéJ'ai séjourné ici quelques fois. Sur le bord du centre de Glasgow, mais à 10 minutes à pied facile. Très belles touches de design dans les zones communales et dans les chambres. Je suis amélioré à une suite très belle. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, comme le dîner dans le même restaurant.

Merci pour le logement de première classe et la mise à niveau à la penthouse. * Cosy superbe bed, blanc doux 100% coton bed. * Salle de bains incroyablement propre et douche en suite avec serviettes blanches soft fluffy. * Cuisine magnifique et bien équipée, même si je mange. * Salle de bains si spacieuses et confortables. * Le personnel de la gestion à la nettoyage sont merveilleux. Fausse : La porte de la porte à l'enveloppe autour du balcon n'a pas ouvert - besoins regardant. Il pleut, donc je n'ai pas besoin de sortir. Cette femme retraitée sera bientôt pour la troisième fois. Merci au membre du personnel de m'avoir remis ma valise/carte que j'avais laissé dans le coffre d'entrée.

I stayed in room 10 which is a single room for 4 nights. It is located at the back of the establishment by the kitchen and kitchen air vent. There was a continuous strong smell of cooking and stale cooking oil throughout the room and bathroom. You could also hear the noise of the industrial kitchen air vent throughout the day and into the evening, which was loud as by the window. No adequate ventilation in the main room or bathroom. Window in main room did not open. Bathroom window only opened if you put something to wedge it open. As the bathroom is directly at the back by the air vent opening the window meant letting in the cooking smells. The cooking smells stays in your clothing and hair, luggage. It was nauseating. Despite leaving the bathroom window open a few hours in the early morning, this did nothing to rid the room of the stale cooking odours. I complained and was offered a full refund of the cost of the room. Unfortunately I could not find anywhere else to stay. Agreed compensation was free breakfasts during duration of my stay. Seems like the done deal in this establishment. In the bathroom there was not a adequate blind at the window for privacy. This meant that the kitchen staff outback could easily see into the bathroom. I often heard them out back laughing and talking outside. There is no adequate lock on the bathroom window. It would be possible for someone to climb up the slope and into the room through the bathroom window. They played very loud music from the pub downstairs. Unfortunately room 10 is situated above this. It made it impossible to have a relaxing evening with this loud music going on into the evening. Housekeeping on the first day was not good. Only the wet towels were removed, new ones replaced. The full rubbish bin stayed unemptied in the room. The housekeeper even failed to remove an empty toilet roll. Housekeeping after that day was excellent and one could see the physical effects of the room having been cleaned. They have employed lots of younger staff. Who were mostly polite and friendly, a couple needed more training in customer service and communication. The food was tasty and well presented. Though as I could smell the rancid cooking oil smells in the room this put me off as to the actual cleanliness of the kitchen. The room/bathroom was newly renovated. The shower was excellent good water pressure and temperature. There was no adequate bins. Only a small bathroom bin in the main room. Nowhere to hang up your toiletries or to dry your towels in the bathroom. Unsure of the effect of one's health stayed in such an unventilated environment. Breathing in the stale kitchen smells. It was quite frankly nauseating. Perhaps health and safety should be informed about this and assess. I do not plan to stay here again and would not recommend booking a single room if you are a solo traveller. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il y a 8 ans, il a été accueilli dans cet hôtel, à mon dernier séjour à Glasgow, et tout en appréciant qu'il a récemment changé de mains, l'hôtel est très daté. L' hôtel est à une bonne position et le personnel de la réception est à la fois ami et utile .

DO NOT BOOK! If I could give it a zero I would. My partner had 2 hotel rooms booked with the hotel in which he gets told there’s only one available after booking on the website stating 2 were available. My partner told them he would like to cancel the room as he needs 2 not 1. They were really rude on the phone no manners and told him it’s not there provlem it’s *********** fault. *********** said it is the hotel when we phoned to ask as we were advised. The hotel after did not pick up his calls anytime he phoned so when we went up there to explain the situation staff were trying to change the story up and finally after battling with them they said the manager would phone us on Monday. It had been 3 days and no phone from anyone. When I tried to phone off my number I asked who I was speaking to and got immediately hung up on and now my calls aren’t getting answered eother. Im afraid I can’t keep wasting my time trying to get the right to our money back when we didn’t check in or out and will have to complain higher up. Would NEVER go back there again. And to too it all off they are removing my review off their actual website ahaha
