Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay

Excellent hotel with the most comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were so accommodating and excellent service. Even though they were extremely busy due to the Andre Rieu concert, they were quick with food orders. I would recommend this hotel and certainly stay here again.

A good amount of parking for £5 for 24 hours. Hotel is clean and offers a restaurantel for dinner and breakfast although you need to book. The hotel also has a Costa cafe. Rooms are of a good size and have everything you need for a stay. We had air con in our room but it was so noisy we couldn't keep it on through the night so the room did get quiet warm. Beds are comfy and the staff were friendly, we will definitely stay here again

Denise on reception was amazing, hospitality at its best!! Couldn't be any more welcome. She pushed the staff to find some late food as I was famished, stood and chatted on and then checked how my meal was.. Which was... FANTASTIC!! Best katsu curry in Glasgow! Ii

Great premier inn! We come every year on the way back after visiting Ardnamurchan. We ask for a high floor and river view for the kids and they are happy to help! Typical premier inn rooms - comfy beds and very clean. The breakfasts in Thyme (which is connected to the Premier inn) are always great. You get unlimited and kids go free! Buffet for almost everything! Great position too: next to the river Clyde and Glasgow science centre. 5 minute walk away from the nearest underground stop as well! Doesn't disappoint!

We stayed here in December, the staff on reception when we checked in were amazing. The room was spotless. When we came back to eat in the Hotel, we were told by the bar man that it had closed early. We asked about somewhere to eat and he said we would have to drive and find somewhere. We did this but couldn't find anywhere. We then returned to the Hotel and asked if they would sell us cereal for the two children and were told, no. The kids were left with no food until the next day, not good at all.

The food in the restaurant was horrible. The staff were extremely rude especially in the bar and restaurant. Rooms were dirty you had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. The reception staff were not very accommodating

Stayed here as we were at an event in the SECC arena. Rooms were very comfortable and we had one overlooking water which was lovely in the evening. Was only a 2min walk to venue and train station was short walk too which was used to get into city centre and a day trip to Edinburgh

Good choice for a local gig nearby, room was spotlessly clean which made the stay better and despite it being very busy when we stayed was still quiet on the floors, bed so comfy too, one of the nicer Premier Inns with great views across the Clyde.

No problem with hotel or staff . Hotel and rooms are very clean, staff helpful and food is good. Its also a great location. Car Park is a minefield however. At check in was directed to a QR code. As an older person and a bit scared of digital tech I had no option but to use my ageing phone and to enter credit card details to pay. I was most uncomfortable with this. I had to modify my leaving time and had to download an APP from Your Parking Space to do this. As a result they dont treat you as a Premier Inn customer but apply non preferential rules and sent me lots of e mails which scared the life out of my wife and I. As a result we have been arguing that we are covered by premier Inn 24 hour policy but they want to "Enforce" a penalty notice even though we were within the 24 hour period. Premier Inn staff helpful but could do nothing since thier IT system is not connected with thier IT system. Result : disaster. This completely ruined our stay and we still have ongoing issues re parking... nightmare. Good hotel but I will never stay there again with this parking issue. Please do not download the App if you stay there : it's a nightmare.
