保安大叔和藹可親，交談中一直很有耐心和禮貌幫指引到房間，介紹酒店設施設備。房間是帶庭院的很安靜，客房大姐笑容可人。早餐品種多，炒菜味道很好，遺憾的是續住那天早上因為有團隊，8點半去用餐就已經光盤了。不得不説一下前台，當天晚上到的挺晚給小哥哥説了第二天要續住，小哥哥熱情的辦理完手續，並告訴我第二天2點前下單就行。早上10點打電話詢問前台網上沒房該怎麼下單續住？前台告知我今天沒房了續住不了，昨天你講要續住的時候有房，你沒下單現在沒房了。這是個什麼語氣真無法理解。後面據説是經理協調其它客人才給續住，建議加強一下前台員工語言技巧吧。不過小姐姐推薦的隔壁炕鍋味道真好，份量足。也不是吝嗇的人，五星好評還是值得。

第一次來高原地區這邊玩，沒想到首先給我驚喜的就是亞朵酒店，因為之前諮詢過他們家的六恆系統，怕自己缺氧不舒服，沒想到在我入住的前一晚，酒店專門給我打了電話發短訊，提醒我一些注意事項，知道我們是自駕，還提醒了路況和天氣，囑咐我們路上注意安全，房間已經安排好，真的很貼心，當天晚上因為許久沒到又再一次給我致電發短訊，關心我們的路程，從來沒想到在異地他鄉，能受到如此驚喜！就沖這一點也值得好評，而且房間很乾凈，床品很舒服，前台小姐姐和客房大姐服務都很熱情，早餐也很好吃，房間很安靜，還能看到昆崙山，大廳裏還有中華對角羊的擺設，拍照打卡很不錯，退房拿了好幾瓶水，真的太感動了！

格爾木崑崙廣場漢庭酒店，本人入住有禁不住的驚喜。以為她和如家&麗楓等的簡約客棧一樣得過且過。現在發現她是豪華版的簡約酒店，漢庭可能吸收了多年運營簡約酒店的經驗，有着很大的改進，新的模樣有點象 xxx歡朋。衹是前台要我等到下午4點幾才能上房，房間 429 的窗户對着醜陋的破房及屋瓦（請留意圖7），本來值得4星的酒店，立即降為三星，希望漢庭的老總關注一下，將此類房間改為她“草布房”，或為員工休息室。另停車場地面非常破爛，對旅客的感感覺很不是味道。幸好早餐還是中規中矩，餐廳員工很落力。
