ça valais le détour. En plein ancien quartier de Granade avec une vue magnifique, cette chouette maison vaut la peine. La terrasse orientée plein sud avec une piscine rafraichissante et une vue sur l'alambra improbable. Chaque chambre à son caractère, mais je vous conseil quand même celles avec vue sur l'alambra. (Tour si possible)

Carolina and Amelia are outstanding hostesses. Cordial, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Looking at the Alhambra from our room was a plus.the location is central and close to shopping and restaurants. A little bit of a walk at times but manageable.

Fantastic location with lovely staff and incredible view of the Alhambra. Our room was large for a European hotel and very comfortable. We had an early morning flight and they were nice enough to pack our breakfast to go. Note: Granada is very hilly and the roads are made of river stone. If you have mobility issues, it might be difficult. I’d urge you to contact the hotel to ask if their driver is available to get you and your luggage as close as possible (a few yards) to the door of the hotel. It’s 100% worth the extra charge. Taxis won’t be able to take you there. Only their little van can fit through the narrow streets, that are really more like alleys!

Very nice hotel in lovely area of Granada with the most amazing views. Breakfast was fair. The only problem for us was that our room was just above a restaurant with outdoor tables which had I known I wouldn’t have booked. The noise went quiet at around midnight so not too bad

We wanted to stay in Albayzin and we were glad we chose Casa Bombo. Their pick up van was not available on the days that we were there but Amelia gave us clear instructions on how to reach the hotel from the taxi drop off point. She was also very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to explore in the area. Our room was a double with a private bathroom. It was very clean with a great view of the Alhambra especially at night. Their rates include breakfast which was enough to start your day. In addition, it was only a 5-minute walk to San Nicolas viewpoint where you can enjoy the sunset. Since it is located in the middle, it was quite an uphill walk coming from the main plaza. Downhill is not going to be a problem but going back up might be hard for those with mobility issues. Notably, taxis were not available on this part of Albayzin. So you have to pull or carry your luggage on cobblestone streets. We were aware of these prior to booking but staying in this neighborhood was a priority for us and Casa Bombo provided a great value for its price.

This small hotel is a perfect base for exploring Granada, located in the middle of Albaicin and with walking distance to Sacromonte, Alhambra and the citycenter. Our room was a nice little "tower" with three floors and a private roof terrace. The view from the terrace's daybed must be number one in Granada: From here you see all of Alhambra and the rooftops of Albaicin, most of the citycenter and parts of the Sierra Nevada. If you ever go to Granada, make sure you have made a reservation in this room! The staff made us feel really welcome through their friendly and personal service. They also showed detailed knowledge about the city and what to see and explore. Thank you for a perfect stay in Granada!

Very welcoming and kind staff. Casa Bombo was spotlessly clean. Not pretending to be luxurious but definitely a very comfortable stay. Fantastic view of the Alhambra Palace from outdoor dining area. Pool (cold) but lovely for a dip. Terrace has good seating areas and sun beds. If you travel with a ruck sack rather than a wheeled suitcase that’s a bonus - cobbled streets all around and Casa Bombo is not directly accessible by car. Plenty of good local restaurants to eat out. 20 minute walk down hill into the Centre of Granada (from where you can easily get a taxi to the train station).

Well, it s difficult to find a place where there is nothing to complain about....but sometimes it happens! This is the case. I can talk about the view, the decor, the bed, the service, the kindness of the owner....bravo!
