👍👍I think it is very nice hotel and room is clean and warm

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

給的房間窗户都在裏面… 衞生間挺大的，但是房間太小了… 格拉納達這個小鎮不錯 有機會再去一定要換個更好的住 但是服務真的不錯，相當熱情

ホテルに深夜到着したにも関わらず、フロントのスタッフの方の対応は素晴らしかったです。なにもプランしていなかった私に、観光スポットを細かに教えてくださり、また、アルハンブラ宮殿のチケットもいろいろ探して、最後の一枚を購入することがてき最高の旅ができました。

レセプションのスタッフは親切で気さくだった。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも快く受け入れてくれた。 部屋の設備にも不満はなかった。 朝食のビュッフェもおいしかった。
