Hotel très bien situé, parking payant, propre etbtrès silencieux. Rien à redire

excellent all around. The best hotel i have stayed at so far. Some comments had been made about the glass frontage to the bathroom. The hotel could easily put up a black out curtain so any guests with concerns could slide the curtain across.

Hotel is right across the central train terminal which is a huge plus if you are traveling with train. Also close to Spar and Bipa at the train station (the only one that opens on Sundays and late on Saturdays). Rooms are well maintained and very clean. As well as lobby and the restaurant. Receptionist is also really helpful and friendly. Also noticed that many guests are bringing pets along. So im guessing its a pet friendly hotel. Also electric car charging stations are available in front of the lobby. Close to a couple of restaurants and Billa. Would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who do not like staying right smack in the middle of city center. You can easily take the tram downtown or walk about 20 mins.

Average Hotel near to Train station but far from old town

Room and bed too small and soft, easily fall on the ground, could not sleep at all

Location is extremely convenient, approx 3-5mins walk from the Graz main station. Good if you have many belongings or luggages Service was average - hotel staff told us to wait 10mins before she could check us in due to them filming a tiktok video. But it took a total of 30mins wait - I believe that could be improved as it was already 20mins past checkin time The room was overall clean but the layout of the toilet can be improved. Water could easily leak and flow out of the bathroom even door there's a door Food was not bad, selection was apt and service staff were quick to clear plates

Service was good, breakfast was ordinary...

Very comfortable room and other installations! Would book rooms in this hotel again during my next visit.

- Dirty spots on the floor - Noisy toilet 24hours - Heater doesn't work at times, window closed - Euro 180 if buy over the counter, while it was much lesser when booking through app

Excellent hotel, close to the city center. Room was rather big and clean. Excellent breakfast with all kind of food

Coming for the F1 race, it’s good to stay and services are good.

房間設施完善，商務和休閑都是很好的選擇，雖然離火車站比較近，但隔音效果還很不錯的。早餐品種齊全比較豐富。

酒店又極好的地理位置。在中央火車站走過來衹需要3分鐘。我需要坐早上第一班車到慕尼黑，5:45分，即使是拖着箱子，也衹需要10分鐘就可以從酒店到達候車的月台，非常方便。酒店附近就有大型的商超，BILLA，火車站裡麪也有SPAR，吃的，用的，都可以在這裏解決。酒店很乾凈，在歐洲來説算非常寬敞。值得推薦。
