"Hôtels très propres, chambres larges! Cependant, certains services laissent désirer! Il s'agit d'hôtels à 4 étoiles et personne ne savait parler italien! L'anglais par certains était parlé, d'autres non! La télévision par satellite ne prévoit pas la vision de la télévision italienne! Un rubinette de lave-vaisselle a été cassé. Nous avons signalé cette défaillance le matin à 10.00, à bien 2 personnes différentes et à 17.00, à notre retour dans la chambre, il n'était pas encore réparé et, nous avons changé de logement! Une nuit, quand on était dehors au dîner, un numéro inconnu nous a appelés et, comme un spam, nous n'avons pas répondu. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que la réception avait fermé à 21.00 et, nous étions dehors de la porte de l'hôtel, sans clé! Nous avons appelé un numéro d'urgence et la personne qui nous a répondu nous a donné un code pour accéder. La nuit suivante, c'est-à-dire samedi, nous avons appelé pour dire que la réception serait fermée à 19.00! Maintenant, nous sommes en août et dans un hôtel 4 étoiles et la réception ferme comme un hôtel de dernière catégorie?"

"Il s'agit d'un hôtel automobile qui n'a pas d'hôtels et de boutiques autour. Principalement proche de la station FLIXBUS, même si la navigation à pied de Google et de Gold n'est pas correcte, mais si vous marchez dans un passage sous-terrestre, vous n'avez pas beaucoup de distance de la navigation. L'hôtel est plus propre et le service est bon."

"1) When I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, I found out that the hotel closes at 10:00 PM. The reception desk was empty, no one was there, and I hadn't received any emails or notifications. I tried calling the receptionist on duty, but he didn't answer. I tried calling the number provided by ***********, but they said, "Come back in the morning." Ultimately, I couldn't get into the hotel, and my money was gone. 2) Moreover, the hotel had the nerve to charge me 6 euros for parking. 3) There are no receptionists at the hotel—the owner cut corners on everything. What if something bad happens, like a fire? Maybe the owner cut corners on the fire extinguisher, too? 4) I know that some organisations (specially apartments) doesn't work 24/7 but neither *********** nor hotel predicted me during booking. Actually after hotel kicked me out, it send me instructions how to open safe with room key when reception sleeps, But sent AFTER, not before I came and lost both money and mood. Actually email indicated the closing time of 9pm, not 10pm as was mentions at reception itself"
