The immediate area is run down and crime ridden. There is another hotel with night club next door with all kinds of nefarious activities spilling over into this hotels parking lot. Upon entering (8:00p.m.)we were greeted by the front desk clerk who sits behind plexiglass.No A/C in lobby/breakfast area. The Breakfast area appeared to have never been cleaned. Was issued a 2nd floor room above front desk. No elevator as others have stated, but not a deal killer if it weren't for the smell in the stairwell, which was a combination of sick and urine. The door to my room required an unusual amount of force to open and close. The carpet in the room was dirty as were the walls and bathroom. There was hair and bugs in and on the folded towels. The shower plumbing/tub faucet was not seated to the shower wall. The water smells musty, but this smell is prevalent at other establishments visited in the town. No AC in hallways. Wet and broken furniture. Everything is filthy. Lot-Lizards everywhere. Room AC made noise but didn't cool. The place should be condemned.

When I arrived to check in I was told that the computers were down and I could not check in. That was it. No alternatives. I finally said "why don't you take my name and number and call me when I can check in and I will find a place to wait"? When I could check in I was told "by the way we aren't serving breakfast right now". When I went to find my room I asked where the elevator was and the reply was "we don't have one, you'll have to take the stairs. So I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. I was completely inconvenienced from the start and offered nothing in return. I was not thanked for being a Choice Privileges member. I did not get my bonus Starbucks card at check in. My room was disgusting. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Where the smoke detector should have been were wires hanging out of the wall. The shower head came to my chin so while I showered I had to crouch to get wet. While I was crouching under the shower I looked up and the ceiling was covered in black mold, which they had tried to paint over. I could see the hallway through the door crack and I'm sure anyone could see into my room. It was horrible and the worst part was that I used my earned points to pay for it. What a disappointment. The hotel chain should be ashamed and drop this one from their name. And I should get my points back for this awful experience.

My stay was very satisfying,Silvia and daisey Help me with my bags to the room as I’m a senior ,they open the doors for me help me to my room very clean lobby, smells very good. thank you quality inn team…..

Silvia and Natalie was very polite and helpful to me. Housekeeping work very hard to keep rooms clean and tidy. Thank you ladies for making my stay worth it. I will be coming back to visit Quality Inn in Greenville tx

Where to start!? The door to the room had missing doorstop, 1/4 inch crack that allowed one to see into the room. Carpet had bleach(?) splotches, carpet was dirty, upholstered chair was so filthy I put a bed sham over it before I felt ok sitting in it. No blankets on beds, only sheet and decorative sham. Walls were chipped and had stains, door to water closet had something splashed and running down it. Lights were so dim I had to use phone flashlight to read a book. Dirt piled up at edges of carpet deeper than the pile. Did not see any bugs, but felt grossed out the whole time I was in the room.
