Évaluations de Four Points By Sheraton Langfang Gu'an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. 北京城區過來為了去北野，預訂了兩晚，位置就在離高速出口不遠，離北野也很近，酒店物超所值，房間大，孩子很喜歡酒店的自助餐，早上晚上都在西餐廳解決，食材新鮮，服務好，下次還會再來！

酒店的服務人員，服務意識和服務質量就很不行。 要個被子和小童牙刷，第一次就挺慢的，還衹送了大人牙刷沒有被子，然後催促後給了 2 個牙刷但被子依然沒送，等了快 40min 再次催，告訴我沒有被子衹有被單，表達不滿後再次又等了 30min，打電話炸了説有啥送啥吧。。。 泳池的工作人員大概有 2，3 個吧，都在門口櫃枱 qiu 着，泳池內沒有工作人員更別説救生員了，雖然看娃是大人責任，但沒有救生員真是對的嗎。 餐廳丟了孩子手槍，第二天去找沒了，留了電話沒有任何回覆，有或者沒有，好歹説一聲。 早餐也是，服務員肉眼可見的少，人員態度比較冷漠，餐具沒有不會隨時換上。 整體上，服務最多 3 星了，硬件湊合，房間天花板有個一閃一閃的小燈大半夜會持續亮一會，大概 2 點多吧，不知道是什麼情況。總之，如果不是因為要去野生動物園，這個酒店絕對不會特意去住的。 但因為附近就這一家酒店，所以估計因為野生動物園，以後可能還得去住。 位置是好的，周邊餐廳也方便。室外小童還可以的，也有孔雀羊駝兔子啥的可以淺喂一下。 停車，酒店就地面大概十幾個車位吧，滿了就衹能去對面中心廣場的地下了。

這一次入住完全打破了我對於福朋喜來登的好印象 去年上一次住福朋是萬寧神州半島 和這裏簡直天壤之別。這裏衞生極差 住宿條件都不及普通快捷酒店 要小童浴袍 説沒有了 衹有小童家庭房的才給有。原來 我們住豪華房就不配帶孩子來是嗎？一次性物品塑料袋裝的及其簡陋 毛衣都脱了線頭 早餐連基本的酸奶和咖啡也都沒有 麪包是省的 一咬掉渣！不吹不黑 和某豪 某爾頓差太多！還有 泳池沒有救生衣 我真是長了見識。這種破地方 絕對不會再來了 奉勸大家 一訂要慎重 花五星的錢 住的連快捷都不如！太差太差了！！！

房間和基本設施尚可，符合福朋的定位。位置也不錯，下高速不遠就到，旁邊中央公園離大湖也不遠。一些小不足:早餐咖啡機壞了，健身房偏小，服務需要改進～訂了兩晚結果到第二天中午就打電話催退房，地面停車有點緊張，地下停車在對面公園得走一小段。

工作人員都很好很熱情，房間設施老化可以理解，但是太敷衍了……尤其那個衞生……… 房間桌子、燈罩等各個角落，明顯的地方、不明顯的地方都一層灰啊… 早餐就也是超級一般般，種類少倒也沒什麼，有些點心外皮發硬像是被風乾了一樣哈哈哈，這都不算什麼，那個桌子擦完跟沒擦一樣，餐墊下面還有豆漿牛奶這類的液體，我自己擦了兩遍，搞得一點兒胃口都沒有…………

房間和自助早餐實在是五星酒店裡拉胯的了。 108的早餐連咖啡都沒有，食材和種類乏善可陳，也就是快捷酒店的水平。。。這年頭住房還收按金也是不大氣。。。不會再來。服務人員沒問題，硬件設施不行。

房間比較空曠 床很硬 空調不好使 房間超熱 早餐食物 衹能説比較複合500多的房費 有點影響喜來登的名聲 户外設施挺好的 但是年久失修 警戒線圍了一半 也不知道讓不讓玩兒 地上都是泥土 比較臟 也沒有打掃衞生清潔等 重點是 設施維護差沒關係 早餐食物節儉節約沒關係 餐具也不乾淨 下次不會再來

去野生動物園，提前一天入住了這裏，孩子很喜歡住酒店，喜歡泡浴缸裏， 北京野生動物園門票:送了兩張成人票 衞生：衞生不錯的 環境：也很好 服務：因為就住了一宿，也沒有特別的需求，還好啦

酒店位置不錯，下了大廣高速就到，離北京野生動物園也很近。雖有點年頭，但各項設施都還不錯，住着還是比較舒服的。酒店裡有個小小童樂園，院內養了一些小動物（白色羊駝快成精了），挺適合溜娃。

太拉垮了，臟的簡直要命，枕頭上死了的蟲子，還有被罩上男人的短髮，還有臟了吧唧的床單，簡陋的洗漱設施 四星級都達不到

房間設施不錯，前台Carrie服務熱情而且還給升級了房間，酒店還有好多小動物孩子很喜歡

感謝前台Lisa給免費做了升級，房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，房間裏有很大的寫字桌子方便辦公，落地窗可以看夜景很漂亮，還能看到對面小區放的煙花，很完美，對Lisa小姐姐安排的房間太滿意了👍🏻很好的一次入住體驗

住了2晚，分別訂了一晚含晚餐的套餐，一晚含北京野生動物園門票的套餐，聖誕的時候來住過一晚覺得這個酒店非常的不錯，沒想到春節的入住率這麼高，泳池裡也跟下餃子一樣都是孩子，這兩天的泳池水都比較渾濁了，潛下去的能見度太低了，不如上一次入住遊着通透。
