Le club est bien même si cela manque de choix de fromages et de vin rouge. Les équipements sont bien entretenues. Les chambres sont bien entretenues mais un peu vieillissantes.

Very good location. Staff is friendly and the buffet is worthy. Great location in front of park. Convenient if you go to Canton Fair. The have a free shuttle bus to get there.

One of our favorite hotels after visiting so many other hotels in the area. Very tasty breakfast options, excellent facilities with sauna, hot and cold pools, and swimming area. The housekeeping service was particularly caring, they even cleaned and renewed all the amenities in the room again in the evening when we went out for dinner. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the Canton Tower and other major shopping centers in the city. Definitely one of our favorite hotels at the moment

It was good stay and allowed late check out by 03:00PM. Breakfast is nice. Shuttle service bus provided for canton was too old. Staffs are well mannered.

The location of the hotel was at the central area of the Chujiang new city. I could enjoy variety of food there. I also loved their buffet breakfast.

Overall hotel is a bit old but location is good and room had a wonderful view of the Guangzhou buildings. Layout also a bit odd with toilet shower and sink all separate. Sufficient for a night’s sleep.

Always a great stay at the Grand Hyatt in Guangzhou. Staff are super friendly! Dinner and drinks in the club lounge is great and the breakfast fantastic! Swimming pool is very nice and was great for the family over this rainy weekend.

The facility within the room is very good. As I didn't try swimming pool and other facilities, I don't have any comments. Nice stay and will come back later.

Hotel has a wonderful position in the middle of the park with pedestrian road that leads to the tower. The view from the room is magnificent, but I personally do not like the room displacement of Hyatt. It tries to be contemporary, but it ends up to be uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the food quality is top. Pool at the 24th floor is also enjoyable.

Location great for eating and walks around the fascinating area of CBD. Only issue is my small square-shaped bathtub, pretty useless, can't stretch my legs and I am not even tall. Such waste of space when you can have a great proper buthtub.
