Seul le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas terrible les français n'y trouveront pas leur compte il n'y a pas de pain

Chambre confortable, personnel agréable et professionnel, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le parc est malheureusement petit et notre chambre donnait sur le parking et l'usine à l'arrière. Quant au quartier, il faut prendre une voiture car l'hôtel est sur l'autoroute dans une zone industrielle, donc rien à faire autour. La navette vers l'aéroport de GRU est un plus.

Super hôtel. Je suis un voyageur de passage, j'ai une autre destination, j'ai tout aimé, je ne peux pas parler de la nourriture, mais le petit déjeuner était très bon, très varié. Bien qu'elle soit sur l'autoroute Dutra, la chambre est très calme. Transfert aéroport parfait.

It exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays.

Comfy rooms, great staff (especially the restaurant guys and the receptionist Juliana). Super quiet and delicious breakfast. Rather pricey hotel. Rooms need renovations to keep up with the wear and tear. Despite comfortable, the room was quite old. I’d stay again if it’s a cheaper option.

The hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful.

Have a free shuttle bus to the airport. Located around 15min away. It's a great location when u need just a transit night

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, staff very kind. It’s located close to the airport and offers free shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. I forgot to take some pictures of the room but it was good, spacious and clean.

酒店正在裝修，比較新，衞生條件和配套設施齊全。整體隔音效果不錯。早餐豐富。整點有機場大巴，非常方便。

設施齊全有點老久，但是環境很不錯！ 酒店早餐在一樓很好吃，陽台風景也很贊！ 從上到下一眼就能看到室外游泳池和綠植！
