Un hôtel très ancien, seul le lobby est magnifique et les chambres sont vétustes. La chaise s'est effondrée. Il a même dit qu'il serait rénové en 2024. Ctrip est aussi un menteur. J'ai fait une réservation pour 5 jours, je leur ai dit un jour à l'avance que je partirais plus tôt, mais je n'ai pas dit que je serais facturé. Après avoir quitté le magasin, ils ne m’ont pas dit qu’ils ne rembourseraient pas les frais prépayés. Si vous demandez un remboursement après le remboursement, votre demande ne sera pas approuvée. En résumé, les hôtels trompent les gens, tout comme Ctrip.

Hotel quite new strategic location shopping area good service definitely will come back again

I stayed here in May 2025 and was honestly disappointed with the service. Despite the hotel’s five-star label, the overall experience felt unprofessional and lacking in basic hospitality. • I was asked to pay for a laundry bag—something that is typically provided complimentary in high-end hotels. A small detail, but it says a lot. • Room service? Forget it. I tried calling several times during my stay and there were hours where no one responded. Completely unacceptable. • During check-out, I waited patiently, only for another guest to throw her key at the counter and walk away—with no intervention or organization from staff. It felt like chaos disguised as luxury. • And when I was finally approached by the staff, the first thing I was asked was: “Where is the second room key?” I simply answered: “It’s in the room.” (As if that was a major issue that required a tone.) The hotel looks nice on the outside, but the service fails to match. Poor communication, lack of courtesy, and minimal sense of professionalism made this stay forgettable for all the wrong reasons. Won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend.

Very posh and expensive-looking lobby, very good (although a bit overpriced) breakfast, average rooms and average location - you should spend at least 40 minutes to get to the historic center, the main points of attractions in the Gangnam districts are also somewhere else. For the family they apply heavy charges for the additional bed and the 3rd breakfast (even for the children). Some good photo opportunities in the lobby, but otherwise would certainly not return.

The room is newly renovated, great for family to stay

Impressive stay during my business trip here. Spacious and well design. The scale and space of the hotel are really fine. Will be on top of my choice to stay again.

This hotel was in a prime spot in Seoul. Very close to nice malls and great food. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean. If I go back, I’ll def stay here again.

The view was very terrible for a 5 star hotel, and they don't even provide dental kits. Another funny thing about this hotel is that, the shower gel/ shampoo etc are fixed in the shower parts so if you use the bath tub you need to go to the shower part..

Breakfast was very very good. A lot of different foods and all taste good. I enjoyed our stay here.

I chose the hotel because it was recently renovated. Indeed it was-the rooms were modern. Check-in: Easy. I reserved a one bedroom suite. However, I was not offered assistance with my luggage. Very unfortunate. Room: clean, slight smell of smoke residue even though it was a non-smoking room. The decor is modern and relaxing color scheme. No room service. And no outlet in the bathroom. This was inconvenient. They should really look into fixing this. I stayed for one week and was only provided 2 water bottles for the whole stay. Checkout: Quick and easy. I was not asked how my stay was. The lady did not greet me. Only question asked, did I use the mini bar. Accommodation was nice overall. I was not impressed by the service.

This is a very interesting hotel, very historic and grand while undergo a lot of modernisation and upgrade. I can see that it'll be one of the best choices in Seoul when it's done. But alot of things are still not working at the moment. We needed to change rooms 3 times during the stay. The location is also great, given time this will be a great choice.

Breakfast buffet was excellent but is expensive; it had a good variety (eggs benedict, couple kinds of bulgogi, delicious mushroom soup and 30 other things) of high-quality options. The room set up was very nice; it was divided into 2 sections; 1 for TV and kitchen/bar area and the other for bed and bath; having the extra space was nice to have on a rainy day. My room was just remodeled and had brand new everything; it also had a washing machine, very nice fridge, kitchen sink, small cook top. Lobby and lobby bar looks fantastic but I didn't get a chance to try the drinks. Location is good, some things are walkable but not all. Uber was easy to call from here.
