Avis : Holiday Inn Guildford

Great hotel, friendly staff that go above and beyond! Rooms of decent standard, however some minor gripes, bed sheets intitially had a small stain and some hairs. The wooden sliding shutters would not close fully causing sunlight to come through early morning. The downstair rooms are joined by locked doors (assuming if booked for families) which allows noise from next door easily. Reasturant was decent food but a little overpriced for the quality. Overall decent stay if a little overpriced.

Very nice hotel! We have booked our stay to enjoy and relax in the pool and steam room. Service was great everything was available for us all the time. Pool open from 8 am till 8pm, plenty of time to use it. Not very crowded. Staff very friendly, bar food available and too many options to choose something tasty. Restaurants nicely decorated and no problems with booking. Really worthy to visit.

Hotel room is clean and spacious but the decor is dated and basic. Location is good with a car but not in the city Center

Kept bumping into facilities issues. First the toilet flush broke and I got swapped into a different room. Then the new room was missing a fridge and nobody came to equip one on request. Overall, the service level was just barely adequate.

We arrived early however the receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we had booked a twin room as we couldn't see a double room available however the lady changed us to a double room with such ease. Hotel is very clean, room was a very good size and we even saw Deer outside our room in the morning. We used the pool area, the staff were very attentive even lending us a pound coin so we could use the lockers. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff is very kindness. The breakfast is very yammy. We like this Holliday Inn very much.

It's a great location if you like the quiet area. There are many public transport 6 minutes walking distance to main city guildford, from there you can take 40 minutes tren to London

Not providing sleepers, small fridge and toothbrushes in a room. Restaurant food, drinks and breakfast are good.

The location is great as it is near Royal Surrey Hospital. The customer service is not great.

The reception staff are very helpful. Food are good. Room is clean.
