Le matériel de l'hôtel est correct, mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur du service cinq étoiles. Dès le moment où je suis entré dans l'hôtel, personne n'a pris l'initiative de dire bonjour ou d'aider avec les bagages. Il n'y avait qu'une boîte d'employés à la réception qui s'enregistrait, demandant où se trouve l'ascenseur ? Continuez à faire vos propres affaires avec vos mains 😰, le choix de petit-déjeuner n'est pas très bon, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix.

Building looks too business like for a hotel, be ready for simple no frills place. Easy snacks outside the building. Rooms are old but clean. It may be surprising for those not used to hotels like this. Service good, overnight attendant was attentive, good service attitude and helpful to my teenage children.

TTee’s Favourite ThingsOne word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room.
Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be.
If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one.
We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything.
The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room.
If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread.
Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

Le service de l'hôtel est également très bon. J'ai appelé et demandé un ensemble d'articles de toilette supplémentaire vers 21 heures, et le serveur les a également apportés patiemment. La jolie jeune dame sur le bureau de front parlait un peu d'anglais et m'a même emmenée à la route pour trouver quelque part pour manger! Les chambres sont propres, le lit est très confortable et la douche est magnifique! Il y a une salle de sport et des toilettes si nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et avait quelques options occidentales. La location est bonne (pas trop loin dans un taxi de la gare) avec une variété de bars et restaurants dans la région. Je n'hésiterais pas à rester encore si je suis à Guiyang.

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

BBabyPig02vLa dame de la réception avait une attitude de service douce et prévenante, et un robot m'a emmené dans la chambre pour récupérer des plats à emporter, ce qui m'a fait réaliser le style buffet gratuit et paresseux du petit-déjeuner. L'aménagement de la salle est simple et généreux sans trop beaucoup de décorations. J'aime beaucoup qu'il y ait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Caché dans le placard, est-ce une petite surprise ? J'ai appelé la dame de la réception et je lui ai dit que c'était gratuit. Le lit était très moelleux. J'avais peur que Je n'aurais pas pu dormir sur le lit, mais j'ai fini par m'endormir. C'est aussi proche de la gare TGV, ce qui me permet de dormir plus. J'ai dormi une demi-heure. Héhé, c'était ma première du temps passé dans un hôtel. J'étais tellement satisfait.

IInvité先給司機一個好評，服務很好，酒店接送服務是8點至21點，而且必須得提前預約，因為我去的時候沒有提前預約得自己找過去提着箱子很不方便，要注意這家店時新店不要找錯地方。
再者説一下酒店設施都是全新的，而且有智能控制，是乾濕分離的，但是洗浴時會不斷流水到洗漱台，這就造成了些許不便😂。綜合的來説酒店服務極佳，推薦入住。

TTherRaJ'avais réservé une chambre sans me soucier de la chambre. Je savais seulement que ”le lit rond”.
Qu'est-ce que je dois dire? C'était magnifique! Le lit était non seulement rond, mais aussi énorme et la chambre était plutôt un petit appartement avec une couche de cuisine, un grand canapé et une salle de bains confortable.
La situation (directement à une station de métro de la ligne 2) était parfaite pour arriver rapidement dans les différents coins de Guiyang. Avec son propre petit ”supermarché” pour les achats rapides directement dans le bâtiment et un magasin directement dans le voisinage, rien n'est manquant ici.
Donc, je n'ai rien à faire et je le recommande tout à fait 😊.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.
