Une bonne expérience de séjour! La position géographique de l'hôtel est très forte, la voiture est très pratique, le cuir est super pratique ～ a dit une phrase, l'environnement extérieur de l'hôtel est général, mais il est clair devant la porte! L'environnement est très confortable dans le magasin et l'assainissement est propre. Le plus important est qu'il y a une prison et une sécurité remplie! La chambre est très confortable, le rapport coût-efficacité global est super élevé, chaud et économe, la prochaine fois, vous choisissez cette maison!

Atour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window. Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them). The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance. Atour is a hotel brand that I trust and rely on, especially when we are traveling for an extended period of time.

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY 😭😭😭!!!!!! Need to put the service as first cause they are all superbbbbbbbb!!!!!!! 1. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING 😭 + So we arrived a little bit late and when we arrived they told us to look at the other rooms for us to choose our favourite,and despite I love the pink room,I still went to and choose the green one,cause it's soooooo aesthetic! Like look at da pic!!! + The receptionist a young woman were sooooo helpfull! They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free! + She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!! 2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? LIKE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!) + Oh god I was soooooo shoketh to see the place is even nicer than the pictures hahahaha,they have a tea area with the views of the buildings, a huge bath tubs, a place for us to chill and tons of power socket to charge everything! And don't forget their huge projector to watch movies which can connect to your phones or ipad ! How amazing!!!! + The place smells amazingggg( forget to ask the owner what type of fragrance did they use cause it's sooooooo soothing!) + No wonder they call this place an intelligent hotel cause everything is calling out technology in it's superiority 😭😭😭 3. Location! + Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol + Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother) + The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour 5 nuits après mon tour de groupe 6D5N à Guiyang. Excellent personnel de bureau frontal, surtout le gestionnaire de bureau frontal. Très conscient, utile et poli. L'hôtel est très propre et sans odeur. Bon entretien de la maison aussi. Bonne location, à environ 10 minutes à pied à la fontaine d'eau où sont les centres commerciaux. 5 minutes à pied à la rue de la nourriture. Très recommandé. Je réserverais certainement cet hôtel à nouveau.

Premièrement, ce lieu n'est pas un hôtel Carlton Hotel Chain. Deuxièmement, il est situé au 8ème étage d'une tour commerciale. En tant qu'hôtel 3 étoiles de classement en Chine, il est à la haute fin de l'échelle à l'intérieur. En tant que voyageur solitaire, je regarde principalement la convenance et l'hygiène. L'hôtel est à la station, il m'a fallu 40 minutes pour trouver mon chemin de marche vers l'hôtel, et il aurait apprécié davantage d'informations. Vous trouverez un chemin qui mène à un passage de l'autoroute. L'hôtel est à gauche, en entrant dans le bâtiment. L'état actuel de l'ascenseur et de l'ascenseur est terrible. Voir les photos. La réception, il y avait une dame devant moi qui avait pris la salle pour vous donner une idée de l'endroit. La chambre était très belle, mais il n'y avait pas de contrôle aérien, tout était centralisé, mais au moins il était cool à Guiyang cette nuit. Il y avait une marque humide sur le canapé, voir la photo. J'ai vérifié la salle d'hygiène, et il était OK, serviettes propres, toilettes propres, feuilles propres, poussins ne sentaient pas. En fait, à part la marque du canapé et la condition de la rug, tout était bon. Le service de la station est très bien placé. Il est probablement mieux de réserver un hôtel dans une zone légèrement meilleure et de prendre un camion.

Notre séjour à Qingyan se sentait comme s'étant déplacé dans un monde calme, caché où le temps ralentit et tout est conçu pour calmer les sens. Le terrain est tout simplement étonnant, et entouré de verdure et d'un lac pacifique, la propriété se mélange parfaitement avec la nature. Situé sous l'ombre d'une grande parapluie, avec le son doux des feuilles et des réflexions dansant sur la surface, était l'un des moments les plus relaxants de notre voyage. Les chambres sont aussi impressionnantes modernes, chaudes et magnifiquement conçues, avec de grandes fenêtres qui s'ouvrent directement sur le paysage. L'équilibre entre la conception minimale et le confort est parfaitement réalisé. Nous aimez aussi les zones communes : des espaces intérieurs élégants avec des détails curés, du thé servi dans une atmosphère raffinée et confortable, et des zones extérieures qui vous invitent à ralentir et à profiter de l'environnement. Tout se sent réfléchi, jamais excessif, toujours harmonieux. Le petit déjeuner était agréable et bien présenté, et l'expérience de la BBQ était amusante et bien organisée, créant un moment relaxé et social. Si nous devions mentionner quelques points de amélioration : une échelle dans la chambre serait une augmentation utile, les collants fournis au petit déjeuner pourraient être de meilleure qualité, et alors que l'expérience de la BBQ était globalement excellente, La sélection de viande n'a pas complètement correspondu à notre goût personnel. Ce qui a été dit, c'est seulement des détails mineurs dans ce qui était autrement un séjour exceptionnel. Nous revenions absolument et nous le recommanderions à tout le monde à la recherche d'une évasion pacifique et raffinée.

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

L'hôtel est situé dans une excellente position à quelques pas de la station de métro. L'adresse de l'hôtel était dans une rue et l'entrée était dans une autre rue autour de l'angle. Le deuxième problème était que l'internet n'était disponible que pour les personnes ayant un numéro de téléphone chinois local, donc il n'était pas disponible pour moi. Le lobby était spacieux et attrayant. La plupart du bâtiment de haute montée semblait être pris par l'hôtel. Tête lourde dans les corridors. J'avais une suite très inhabituelle au 31ème étage. C'était plutôt en haut. Il y avait une cuisine pleine - micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle - mais pas une plaque, une tasse ou un cuisinière. Il y avait beaucoup de lumières autour de l'appartement pour l'atmosphère. La douche avait un mur rond clair sur la chambre. Il y avait une cortina pour la vie privée mais il était semi-transparent. Le lit était rond avec une décoration ronde de fleurs artificielles au-dessus de lui, illuminé par une lumière ronde autour de la décoration. Les jardins étaient motorisés, il y avait une belle vue sur la ville de la chambre.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
