They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free! + She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!! 2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? Location! + Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol + Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother) + The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

JJLYN LOHJ'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour 5 nuits après mon tour de groupe 6D5N à Guiyang. Excellent personnel de bureau frontal, surtout le gestionnaire de bureau frontal. Très conscient, utile et poli. L'hôtel est très propre et sans odeur. Bon entretien de la maison aussi. Bonne location, à environ 10 minutes à pied à la fontaine d'eau où sont les centres commerciaux. 5 minutes à pied à la rue de la nourriture. Très recommandé. Je réserverais certainement cet hôtel à nouveau.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
