Good hotel. I like it, the stuff is amazing. Food is good. I enjoy stay here. I like swimming pools here. Always clean, and good. I like spend time here with my family. Nice place to relax, and enjoy time with all guests.

Do not go!! We booked with onthebeach to this 4* hotel for a week to relax away from the stresses of work! We booked this hotel on its 4* rating with access to all inclusive with pool and beach bar, snack, drinks, 3 meals a day and the on site Turkish bath, indoor swimming pool and gym. From looking at the pictures on the beach displayed we were happy with our choice and very excited to get to the hotel. Upon arrival we at 0130 the man at reception didn't even welcome us, instead he said "check in now? No it's too late it closed" to which I replied our flight was delayed getting in and eventually his assistant checked us in! He also said we don't normally have English people here. We were shown to our room, as we got closer I noticed the door wasn't even closed properly due to it being off the hinges! We then entered the room which was terrible! It was very small, dirt all around the floor, a puddle of water where something was leaking in the bathroom, the basin of the toilet was disgusting! There were sockets coming away from the wall which were live, holes in the floor where it wasn't complete, screw heads sticking out the bed head, and the pillows didn't even have covers on were filthy and just clumps of cut up foam inside! I went and asked for pillow cases and told they had none and to wrap sheets around them! We then tried to take a shower with no hot water! The next morning I went and saw the manger who looked at the room and quickly moved us. The new room was better in terms of size however again in the bathroom there was mould, no drain cover (see picture) cracks where the air conditioning was, under tables the floor was dirty and the sofa was also in a bad state. We didn't once in 5 days have our towels or bedding changed! Which even at home I change when hot every other day! The hotel itself is not advertised correctly! There is no beach bar, the alcohol served is either beer, vodka or gin, there's no dining area over looking the beach, the snacks were a bit of bread with feta cheese on (picture). One morning they had chips for breakfast which being a chip fan made me happy until I took a bite to realise they were last night's chips from dinner and stone cold! We were unable to sit around the pool area due to the loud music which was unbearable! Being 35 I don't mind music being played but this was so loud I felt I was in a nightclub! After I asked if it could be turned down I was ignored! Meaning we had to leave the hotel 3 out of the 4 days we were there! There were no real beach towels and the beds you had to sort yourself again nothing like the nice pink beds you show on the website! There was no shop, gym, Turkish bath or indoor pool as advertised on the website and on the hotel's personal website! We wrote to on the beach who have claimed no responsibility for false advertising and the hotel themselves deny all about it!

The hotel does not even 3 stars. Very poor service, terrible quality. The hotel is very underinvested and needs better management. The advantage of this place is the location olny. I will definietly not come back to this place. The rooms are neglected. Restaurant - it's necessery to see IT, but better not.

We stayed on May in this otel. There have special beach. 5 times meals are awesome. Foods are delicious. Personels are so kind. Reception helped everything. Lovely place in Bodrum.Special thanks all of Del Mare Stuff

The hotel is a little jayed but our room was kept clean with fresh towels and linen and communial areas were always clean and tidy. The staff are so kind and helpful cannot praise them enough. Bar staff were great always willing to make a cocktail 🍹 the pool was kept clean at all times. Music was played most of the day but requests were taken Restaurants was clean with plenty of helpful staff the menu was varied with lots of cold choice as well as hot dishes and soup. Desserts were cakes fruit and local desserts. The head chef and sub chefs were available to help at any time. Reception staff were incredibly kind in helping sort out taxi issues. Good holiday with access to the beach at the end of the gardens which was laid out in lawns. For those who would like more night life at the top of the town lots of night clubs but not heard from the hotel Hope you enjoy your holiday.

The adverts for this place are false. The good things was the pool was kept clean. The rooms were spacious and the rooms were cleaned every day. Despite being advertised on their website the following is false 1 No tennis court 2 No table tennis 3. No animation team 4. No indoor pool 5. No sauna unless you pay extra Other faults All food cold, no hot water in showers, rude reception staff, nowhere to eat your meals inside and outside is overrun with flies, no Internet apart from some parts of reception, no real glasses to drink from even away from the pool, refusal to answer emails, the list goes on. Personally i would suggest you spend your money somewhere else. We are so pleased we only paid for 3 nights in this dump. Sorry I gave this a 1 star but you can't put zero.

Worst hotel ever. Advertised with indoor pool, gym, table tennis, tennis court & had none of these. Gym was closed & disgusting anyway & found table tennis table on last day in the bushes (see pics) Had to ask for pillows & towels. We were the only British there. All inclusive drink options only vodka, gin, beer or wine. Had to eat out as trays were empty a lot & waiting ages to be filled. Breakfast shocking! Staff rude, unfriendly & didn’t speak English do not interested in trying to understand you. Told by locals that it changes it name a lot due to bad reputation & reviews. Internet only available in reception. Asked by cleaners on their Google translate on 2nd last day if we would sell our 2nd bedroom back to them so someone could use as they had overbooked which would have meant access to our bedroom & sharing our bathroom, I said absolutely not. Do not go near this hotel

Advertised as a 4-star, certainly not!! High standard of cleanliness. The pool wasn't too bad. The food was the same every lunch and dinner, mainly salads, cheeses, and cheap burgers. Breakfast was the same, basically boring, after 10 ten days! The music played was usually aimed at the younger ones and was sometimes loud. The rooms were shabby but cleaned daily. Personal wouldn't go back to the hotel again.
