酒店環境還算不錯，設施也還可以，地方很大，可以在裏面逛逛，交通也很方便，坐三輪車一般100盧比，就是餐廳的菜品不是太好，可能吃過更好的早餐，對比有差異吧🤷‍♂️

Worst hotel stay with typical Gurgaon vibes wherein security is a threat. Also, no point staying with family as the staff is rude at most times

I stayed at the plams town & country clun from 12th April - 14th April. I had the worst stay experience ever. The staff is rude , unhospitable and have delayed services. My 6 year old niece was unwell & hungry at night , the in room dining refused to make anything out of the menu for the kid (the menu is far cry from being kid friendly menu ). They just wanted to make money hence forced me to order egg chicken burger but refused to make simple boiled egg. They even refused to give plain milk as it was not mentioned in the in room dining menu & they have to adhere the menu strictly. Never heard this kind of rules in a hotel business - that too for a kid . They mention themselves as 4 star property but their should be ranked 2 star The Security at the main gate of the reception is so rude, in real kicked my uber drivers car to move it away from the main enterance . The staff has no ***ners to be in hospitality business. they need to be sent to hotel service induction program. I stayed in the premium Rooms , the towels provided are dirty unclean and old . Other than the reception and coffee shop There is no hygine outside the rooms. the food is average , the room service is over priced , unhealthy and extremely delayed. The wi fi network also doesnt work properly in rooms. Everything else can be excused but denying a ill child basic food is uacceptable. I even escaleted this matter but no one cared . I went to Palms Town & Country Club to plan for a wedding (to be held in Nov'24). The Sales staff (Ms. Pampa) was terrible at communication, did not provide us a visit to the rooms (told us to look online for pictures and they will not show their rooms). ***** with this, the general attitude was demeaning and highly unprofessional. She did not provide a final quotation for 3 days, after chasing numerous times for the same. Highly unprofessional attitude from the Sales staff. I really wish people consider this before planning the Best day of their life with such a place where guests are not served properly.

We came to Gurugram for a family function and stayed at palm club. I would rate it as an average property. Rooms were a bit small, and have lots of corners. We tried their Chinese restaurant, food was good and rates were reasonable. Breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian dishes. I would say that this property is a bit overpriced.

From check-in to check-out, Hotel The Palms Town & Country Club was a haven of comfort and convenience. The location was perfect, the amenities exceeded expectations, and the impeccable cleanliness set it apart. A true home away from home! The hotel's greatest asset was its outstanding staff, with the front desk team truly shining. Their warm smiles, genuine helpfulness, and proactive problem-solving made our stay truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Ms. Neha for going above and beyond.

I organized an event there. The property is very nice and the event ***agement team is good. Staffs at the lobby at reservation counter do not have clue of event details going on in the property. There is no communication between event and reservation team. We missed some of of VIP guest due to wrong communication by the reservation team. ***y guests were also not given proper direction especially at late evening time. Please be careful, we had a very disgraceful experience, though all the arrangements were good.

“NEVER VISIT THIS PROPERTY” I had the worst experience here from check in to check out and staff here is extremely rude. We were not allowed to go to swimming pool as we didn't had swimming caps (I have heard this rule for first time and hotel didn't inform us about it beforehand) and when we said this is not fair then hotel staff bluntly said go and get caps then we will allow you and we sell caps too purchase from us and if you go without caps then we will make sure that you will check out straight from the hotel. Then we didn't go to pool, Afterwards we thought of going gym then they told us gym is closed for maintenance and then next day when we really thought of buying caps to go to pool then they told us today pool is closed for maintenance. Also they have worst room service which never responds and if they respond then do not deliver anything on time. We had to wait for an hour for ice cubes then we forcefully ordered from outside property which came before hotel sent.

This place has not lost the relevance . Excellent place to eat and stay if you get an options to. I would suggest better to stay here than a hotel. Food is balanced very sumptuous and very hygienic as well. It’s reasonable for price also. You must come
