The bathroom exhaust is was not working...contacted ***agement ...was informed it was a problem for the past couple of days...imagine the plight....in due course the room 706...where we stayed on 10th to 11th march 2024...was stinking ...windows cld not b opened ...on informing the housekeeping ...they provided a whiff of room freshner to mask the stench

If you want to experience opposite of hospitality, visit this hotel. They just want money without providing services. If U reach out to ***agement, they will just say- I APOLOGIZE without any corrective action. So guys, ensure this hotel is not on itinerary.

Don’t ever book their banquet hall.They have hired people like Mitali kakoti and Gunjan they worst customer service you can get from them.Not at all hospitable and They will make your party into nightmare.We had a family function there and mitali kakoti made it worst in buffet she served people in such a small quantity that I felt embarrassed and it was of 70 people but only 45 people presented there wen I asked her why she is not refilling the buffet she said ma’am wastage hoga and all I still asked to refill it because waste hoga to hoga Mene 70 plates booked Kiya tha.And the way she served as if bhikhariyon ko khana baat rahi thi I felt utter embarrassment please don’t book their banquet you’ll regreat

Most pathetic hotel that I have ever been to strictly avoid . Bad behaviour of the staff . AC not working in two rooms food was not cooked properly . The staff misses upon ettiqutes and so does the front desk ***ager

Excellent welcome and hospitality from the ***ager Achinta Borah and the complete front desk Team. My sudden Business Trip after back to back meetings was unplanned but the team didn't stop at welcoming me and onboarding within a sudden notice of 5 mins. Amenities 5 ⭐ Food 5 ⭐ Cleanliness 5 ⭐ Overall Im eating 5⭐, I'm sure to visit again without a thought.

Overall-4.5 star Location-5 star Stay-5 star Housekpng-5 star Food-3.5 star We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast buffet was very good. But dinner buffet was elementary against the price (750+gst for nonvg). We were upgraded to a superior room when we faced little problem with previous room. Check-in & Check-out were swift. DECK CAFE ambience is nice. Mr Rishikesh Thakuria, the sales ***ager, was very cordial and helpful. Mr Su*** at the reception requires special mention. Only 4 mins walk from Starbucks Brahmaputra- an excellent location on the river bank. 6 mins walk to Fancy bazar. Auto stand is right at the entrance of hotel. One medicine shop close to the hotel. It takes around 30 mins by auto for Darshan to Holy Kamakhya Temple.

Great location. Beautiful cafe. Wide menu. Food tasted excellent. Helpful staff. Can be more tidy. The reception area is not welcoming as it should be. Rooms are not spacious. The interiors are outdated. Can upkeep the property.

room is spacious and clean. staff are friendly and efficient. hotel restaurant serves buffet, with varieties of local dishes. the ambient is nice. we ordered breakfast boxes for early check out, which were well prepared.
