Our stay at Maia was part 2 of our 3 part tour of Turkey. Our flight schedule to Izmir changed dramatically and we were not due to arrive to this hotel until close to 2:30 am. Our Turkey travel agent let them know we would have a super late arrival and a very helpful person was waiting for us when we arrived. Since it is not quite tourist season yet, the hotel had very few guests and this fact coupled with a more isolated area was startling at first. However, the staff was super accommodating and Ibrahim took great care of us at breakfast and the staff efficiently arranged for a taxi that arrived within 1-2 minutes to take us to the Kusadasi boardwalk. Our priority was a spacious and quiet room with a king size bed and Maia fit the bill. The room seemed quite new and was super clean so we were super comfortable. Even though we felt far away from the active center of Kusadasi, taxis were very easy to get and not very expensive by U.S. standards.....about $10-$15 max for a 15 -20 min trip to get to the boardwalk and it was very easy to go to a taxi stand for the return to the hotel. As with our entire experience in Turkey, the nice people/staff really made for a wonderful experience.

After a long tough period with all the covid difficulties / lockdowns, it was wonderful to relax here and eat and enjoy again. You will be very well received by the friendly and helpful staff. It is a new hotel and yes there are a few small improvements, but if you ask or indicate something, the staff and the owner respond very friendly and helpful. He recommended us very good places like: Doganbey and Miletos and good fish restaurants along the south coast I read a lot of comments about covit measures below, but this is not so bad and we still have trouble with it and sometimes forget to keep a distance or our mouth cap. Are you tired of the peace and quiet and do you want to look for more activity and party than the city center of kusadasi is half an hour away The rooms, reception, restaurant, pool, beach and the sea are super clean and very well maintained. In the sea you do have some stones, it is not a sandy beach, but because of this it is also clear and very clean. In short, we stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it very much!

Otelde bariz bir şekilde personel eksikliği var. Valizleri odaya çıkaran bellboy aksam yemek servisinde de görevli. Plajda siparis vermek icin personel bulmak güç. Otel binasi yeni kaliteli malzeme ile dizayn edilmiş. Oda ilk girişte temizdi ama 5 gün konaklama boyunca çarşaf değişimi yapılmadı sadece havlu değişti. Genel olarak yeni ve temiz bir otel. Otelin plaj kismi çok küçük sadece 6 şemsiyelik bir sahil kismi var. Ve sahili platform şeklinde yüksek. Denize iskeleden girebiliyorsunuz. Otel fotolarinda kumluk gibi görünüyor ama platformun üzerine kum dökülmüş. Çocuklu aileler için uygun bir otel degil.Deniz çok dalgali ve rüzgarliydi bizim konkaladigimiz süre boyunca. Denize girmeye başka bir yere gi**ek zorunda kaldık. Bayramda kalmamiza ragmen akşamları herhangi bir etkinlik yoktu. Yemekten sonra otelde yapilacak hicbirsey yok.Zaten bina plaj ve havuzdan ibaret küçük bir otel. Akşam bir gitar canlı müzik koyularak daha keyifli hale getirilebilirdi acikcasi.Merkezden de uzak oldugu icin akşamları yapilacak birşey yoktu.
