IInvitéA good location, everything was nice and clean and it's definitely disabled friendly(I'm not disabled myself). Our room had an easy access shower, with a chair, and hand rails(the toilet as well).
We got the breakfast and it was very good, just enough options to satisfy you. There was also a little convenience shop in there with different snacks.
The gym is well equipped and there is a swimming pool room with a nice sized pool and a hottub.

IInvitéNot our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

. Je suis écrit pour plaindre la dame sur le bureau frontal. Elle m'a traitée sans respect. Lorsque nous nous sommes connectés, je demande si nous avons un printemps chaud, elle a répondu plusieurs quoi? Et corriger moi « tube chaud » comme je ne sais pas.
Je veux utiliser la chambre Landry et changer de dollars avec eux. Ils m'ont donné plusieurs dollars, et les lave-linge ne acceptent que 1 dollar, qu'ils auront dû savoir au premier endroit. Et à ce moment-là. Il y a un type qui se déroule devant un autre serveur de bureau frontal. Et la dame répondait au téléphone. Alors, je me suis naturellement monté devant son bureau et j'ai attendu pour elle. Et je lui ai demandé de changer 1 $ pour moi parce qu'ils ne savaient pas. Et puis elle m'a demandé » n'a-t-elle pas remarqué qu'il y avait une ligne? Vous devriez attendre après elle. » Alors j'étais si embarrassée de découvrir que j'ai coupé la ligne.
Donc si elle est vraiment préoccupée par moi de couper en ligne, pourquoi ne pas me dire d'attendre après? Ou juste me rappeler d'une manière plus respectueuse, supposant que je ne sais vraiment pas qu'il y a une ligne? La machine à laver n'accepte qu'un dollar et ils ne savaient pas qu'il s'agissait de la décrélition de leur emploi.
Je suis très inquiet de la façon dont votre service correspond à votre niveau élevé de frais.

SSyed MMon mari, mon fils et moi avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité des restaurants, du centre-ville et de l'aéroport. L'hôtel est très propre, tout comme notre chambre et la salle de bain. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le parc aquatique, la piscine et le jacuzzi étaient un atout majeur, particulièrement apprécié par mon fils de 7 ans. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous garer. Pour plus de sécurité, l'ascenseur fonctionne également avec la carte magnétique de la chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel. Cependant, la chambre ne disposait pas de micro-ondes et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus.

IInvitéI booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

MMichelle BillingtonJe suis toujours ravi de rester à Deerfoot Inn & Casino. Mon voyage a été destiné à se reposer avec ma sœur et à attraper nos vies. La chambre de la reine de luxe était spacieuse et bienvenue. J'ai trouvé une peinture sur la feuille de haut quand le topper de couverture est tombé. Nous sommes allés au buffet pour le dîner, et les premières rides et les pommes de terre scallopes étaient délicieuses, ainsi que les autres entrées. J'ai aimé les grandes chaises confortables que nous avons choisies de prendre. Je vous suggère de mettre à jour les meubles comme j'ai remarqué d'autres personnes âgées ayant la même question.

IInvitéAu début, je n'avais pas assez de facilités, mais quand je l'ai dit à la réception, il était prêt à me le donner. Tous les employés étaient très aimables, surtout les nettoyeurs de nuit. Il m'a dit qu'il avait des problèmes et qu'il m'a dit gentilment la position de la chambre.

IInvitéWe were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.

IInvitéThis motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village).
The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.
