We booked Vittoria Hotel & Suites through Trip.com for our family trip to Niagara Falls to celebrate a Cornell University graduation — and it was a wonderful choice! I really love the Trip.com app for making the booking process so easy. The location is unbeatable, parking was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious — perfect for our whole family. Everything was spotlessly clean and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. Our only small issue was that the sofa bed was missing its sheet cover, but overall it did not take away from our great experience. Highly recommend for families visiting Niagara Falls — and be sure to book through Trip.com!

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

L'hôtel semble être un magnifique logement de montagne. Tout était très propre et la chambre était incroyablement spacieux. 15 minutes à pied de la voie ferrée inclinée vers les tombeaux. Excellent sur le restaurant site.

C'était notre premier séjour à l'Americana et nous sommes ravis. Nous avons fait trois heures de route depuis le nord de l'Ontario et ça valait vraiment le coup ! Nous y sommes allés avec une autre famille pour le réveillon du Nouvel An et nos enfants se sont éclatés. Nous avons commandé au room service, sommes allés plusieurs fois au parc aquatique, avons joué dans la salle de jeux et nos enfants se sont vraiment bien amusés. Nous comptons bien revenir l'année prochaine !

Regardez la photo, frères et sœurs. Le lit est relativement petit. L'environnement est vraiment vieux. Mais le service de la dame à la réception est vraiment bon. Il a été très patient pour m'expliquer. Le samedi est un long week-end, donc je suis arrivé tard. Il ne me restait plus qu'une petite pièce. Si vous voulez une meilleure chambre... pensez à venir tôt

Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds des chutes et juste derrière la Skylon tower. Parking gratuit. L’hôtel est correct, bonne literie. Il y avait un drap et un couvre-lit tachés à notre arrivée mais lorsque je l’ai signalé l’équipe a été très réactive pour refaire les lits.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls, which made sightseeing super convenient. For the price, the value is outstanding. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Scott, the Manager was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing, so much to choose from and lots of seating. Within walking distance of the falls, Ferris wheel, the scenic downtown, the Keg, Starbuck, an Italian restaurant, LCBO, Hooters and Chuck's Roadhouse. Super clean and Cozy.

Au départ, le clavier de notre chambre était déchargé, mais le personnel, très aimable, nous a aidés et nous a immédiatement fourni une autre chambre, sans attente. Le personnel était très serviable et poli. Hôtel parfait, à l'écart des foules de touristes. Le parking sur place coûte 15 $ supplémentaires. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Il n'y a ni fumée ni odeur désagréable dans les chambres. Les chambres avec balcon offrent une vue. La vue donne sur la rivière et une partie des chutes. Hôtel exceptionnel ! Les prix sont élevés le week-end, mais sinon, c'est mieux que les grandes chaînes hôtelières. L'hôtel était un véritable havre de paix.

Hello The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good. The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
