C'est une surprise de venir à Staybridge Suites. Localisation: Bien loin du centre-ville, le Pioneer Village de la métro est en position de sortie à 2.7 kilomètres. Il y a un bus à la porte de l'hôtel. La nuit, vous pouvez rentrer à pied de la métro et tomber sur le sol tout au long de la route. Chambre : petite cuisine, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four à deux sacs de popcorn, vous pouvez fonctionner dans un micro-ondes. Déjeuner: 6:30-9:30. Juste à côté de la réception. Yogurt, grains, champagne, fruits, lait.

Location fine and excellent however the neighbourhood area is not that great as homeless and **** everywhere around ( I guess this is very common but was a shock to see around ). Good value and no issues . Stay was good

The hotel is clean and modern, most likely due to the recent remodeling. As someone who has traveled to many counties of the world, this hotel has a good interior design. However, customer service and amenities needs improvement. Tipping culture is a big factor in Canada and the U.S., which I am well aware of, but to tip for a breakfast that is suppose to be included in the hotel payment doesn’t make much sense. To test out how well services will be provided, I purposely did not tip a few times and to my disappointment, customer service was not up to par with the hotel’s reputation. Tipping originated as a way to show gratitude to employees with outstanding customer service. Over time, that has changed and it is understandable. However, even if there is no tip given, basic customer service should be provided.

Le parking est grand et gratuit, il convient très bien aux visites autonomes. Il y a plusieurs fast-foods à proximité, et il y a une station-service à la porte, ce qui est plus pratique. Il faut moins d'une demi-heure pour se rendre à la station de métro Pioneer Village. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel est le même, et certains changements sont meilleurs.
