白天方便下午走 就提前把行李拿上車 前台小妹看見拿走行李 也不知道她是怎麼準確的知道我是哪間房的 也沒給她房卡 也沒和她説退房 她就自以為是的將我的房間退掉了並安排保潔打掃衞生設定為乾淨房售賣 由於平時住酒店都是下午兩點退房 也是我的疏忽 忽略了你們家是12點 酒店操作退房的時候 沒有問過我是否續房 是否退房 並且我房卡也還沒給到前台就這麼操作了 回來和我説房間進不去了 整個流程我都是不知道的

The location of the hotel is also very convenient. All staff members were friendly and polite. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will recommend it to friends and families who would be traveling to Dongxing.

IInvité酒店的位置非常好，周邊環境也非常不錯，徒步輕奢的度假休閑都挺好，服務員比較熱情，最糟糕就是早餐，本來度假吃個早餐也是一種享受，誰知道變成一種**，感覺像菜市場的自助餐，一下子盤子沒有了一下子包子沒有了一下子水果沒有了一下子麪條排隊長長的，進門排隊 長的，把美好的一天的心情變糟糕了，地面油油的有點打滑，和一個貌似女經理模樣的人説了也沒有改變，吃個早餐吃了走了幾十米一點心情都沒有了，我入住了三天兩天，週末天天如此，沒有預案沒有改變。本來美好的一天，從早晨開始，誰知道一天的糟糕從早餐開始。
另外服務也很一般，本來要個拖鞋和刮鬍刀，打了電話半天沒來，説是沒有傳達到位。
整體酒店環境非常奢華，使人得到了放鬆，羨餐廳的味道和服務非常OK，特別是這道紅燒魚頭非常好吃，醇香美味，名不虛傳。

IInvité這次入住體驗超出預期！從抵達時前台小姐姐主動幫忙搬運行李，到前台快速辦理入住並貼心介紹酒店設施，服務細緻入微，笑容很甜，進門小姐姐就送上茶水，前台還有糖果小餅乾哦，服務真的很熱情哦。酒店房間佈局合理，空間很大，床品很舒服，躺上去柔軟又透氣，床頭還配備多類型充電接口，細節設計十分人性化，房間還有智能客控，滿滿的高科技，棒棒噠。衞浴間乾濕分離，洗護用品也是牌子的哦，想想的，提升了入住品質。酒店的餐飲也很好吃，品種很多，菜品也很新鮮。健身房器械齊全，24小時開放滿足隨時健身需求。15樓還有洗衣房，裏面可以洗衣也可以烘乾衣服，太方便了。特別要誇誇客房服務，響應速度極快，中途需要加毛巾、礦泉水，不到十分鐘就送到房間。酒店的位置也很方便呢，對面就是桃花灣廣場，很容易就能找到。交通很便利，打車方便，距離酒店幾百米就有一個汽車站，去東興口岸可以在那裡搭車哦，很方便的。方方面面都體現出酒店的專業與用心，強烈推薦！
