I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall environment was very pleasant. 以下評價絕對客觀！優點：房間大且新，被子比較乾爽舒適，需要多兩個被子，酒店很快就送來了；位置好，騎着小車或者步行能到達大小召，清真寺，稍麥一條街，網紅奶食店！缺點：剛剛新開業的酒店，訂房時沒有任何評價參考，果然會有狀況，第一晚電路問題，熱水用不了，沒有洗漱就睡了，半夜，全屋燈突然亮了兩三次，第一夜睡的是很無語！第二晚，回房間發現大堂衞生間漏水，一地水，房間沒有收拾，取電房卡被無故取走。期間，發現工作人員不會操作監控，業務不熟練，前台和收拾房間的保潔無工作交接，鬧的請來警察才調查清是保潔進屋拔走房卡！（通常把房卡也是放在房間而不是拿走）；房間雖大但窗户很小，而且無法開的很大，通風作用達不到效果！之前看平台顯示有免費車位，但住的三天直到最後一天要走才有客人成功停進了車，我們一直被告知車位滿！酒店服務感覺不成熟，不夠專業，前台要擦眼睛濕巾被告知沒有，但其實樓道里是有提供的，總之幫你找但找不到！如果沒有接待力就最好準備好再開，否則看見了兩個顧客急赤白臉的找她們。感覺前台工作人員其實態度很好，衹是由於專業素養欠缺，服務水平有限。作為出來玩的顧客，我也不想跟你們急赤白臉理論任何問題，但你們處理問題的態度，以及專業度急需提高和改善！感謝酒店最後允許我們延遲退房，這點體驗感還可以，另外寄存羊肉，工作人員主動給放到冰箱冷藏。總而言之，如果服務的專業度提高，其實體驗還好。

C'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai jamais connu. Le personnel de service est très enthousiaste depuis l'entrée, aide à emballer les bagages, à laisser l'eau torréfiée, j'ai envoyé du yogurt dans la chambre, et un peu de bois gratuit à l'après-midi, le fromage est très bon, le petit-déjeuner est très délicieux et le cerveau de tofu est très délicieux. J'ai envoyé un gardien pour faire un petit cadeau à la sortie du magasin, PS : Les barreaux de rue à l'autre côté de la route sont dégoûtants

CCathrin.GThe hotel lobby located at Level 5 and the check in/out procedure is fast. Staff at reception are well trained, very efficient and helpful. The business room that I booked is very spacious, the room is clean and the cleaner will come to do housekeeping such as change all the towels, replenish toiletries in daily basis. Anything you have requested from the staff or maybe you have ordered food delivery, there is a robot to deliver to your room. They supply drinking water in bottle to you everyday. You can request more if needed. Hotel breakfast is good, lots of variety, but they don’t have coffee there. The opposite of this hotel is shopping mall called Zheng Hua. You can enjoy city walk while staying at this area, downstairs also got a lot of shops selling their local traditional product, restaurant, phamarcy and etc. easy to get transport and the didi will drop you beside the road since hotel entrance is facing to the main road also. overall, I like the atmosphere of this hotel and will definitely come back again if I visit Hohhot in future.

DDavid1980The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership. Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading. If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including: 1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. 2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines. 3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls. This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.

ZZ UyangaClean, hi-tech and great service! The free laundry room made all the difference for us folks who like to wear freshly clean clothes every day. The hotel staff were very patient with us as we tried to communicate with them using Google Translate, due to our complete lack of Chinese language proficiency. Loved being able to distance from the ever-present tobacco smoke while inside the hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again.

UUtilisateur anonymeNous avons choisi cet hôtel à cet endroit pour le travail. Lors de notre enregistrement, la réception nous a proposé un surclassement et nous a exprimé sa gratitude. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, nous avons vu l'arrière de la maison en désordre et le parking. Il n'y avait aucun soi-disant décor. Il s'est avéré qu'avant notre enregistrement, l'hôtel nous a rappelé que le côté avec le décor à aménager était la chambre d'en face, mais il n'y avait pratiquement personne vivant dans tout le bâtiment pendant la période d'enregistrement, donc on ne nous a pas réservé de chambre avec un décor. Ils ont ensuite continué à demander les soi-disant fruits de bienvenue. Si vous ne souhaitez pas les fournir, ne l'écrivez tout simplement pas. Et le bon de repas de 50 yuans était complètement vide. Il y a peu de commerces autour de cet hôtel et il est loin de l'entrée du métro, ce qui rend les repas et les achats peu pratiques.

CCurt 常鹰This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location.
