Si vous vous indulgez dans la piscine infinie de la montagne, si vous vous plongez dans le coucher pour la méditation ou si vous plongez dans le balcon, vous profitez enfin de la serenité. Enfin, surtout parler de la gestionnaire de l'hôte, elle offre ses services professionnels, une réponse rapide, des arrangements réfléchis, merci!

Séjournez à l'hôtel Bamboo Valley et vivez plus que ce que vous attendiez ! L'hôtel est caché dans la vallée entre la mer de bambous de Nanshan et la source chaude de Yu Shui, entouré d'une forêt de bambous, privé et calme, comme si vous étiez au paradis. La conception de l'entrée des sources chaudes rend l'expérience de baignade particulièrement agréable. La piscine en pierre naturelle et l'eau chaude de la source se complètent, balayant la fatigue du voyage. Un merci spécial à la gouvernante Qian Liuping pour son service méticuleux - des suggestions d'itinéraire avant l'enregistrement aux salutations attentionnées quotidiennes, il a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de soin partout. Les plats du restaurant de l'hôtel sont également surprenants, avec des ingrédients frais et un goût authentique, et les spécialités locales recommandées par le majordome ajoutent encore plus de saveur. Qu'il s'agisse de l'environnement, des installations ou des services, il permet aux gens de ressentir la chaleur de « se sentir isolé dans les montagnes, comme à la maison ». Si vous souhaitez vous éloigner de l'agitation et profiter de la double guérison de la nature et de l'humanité, la vallée de Zhuxi est certainement le meilleur choix !

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

開始在嬉遊上看到的這個酒店活動，旅行臨時決定從寧波轉到溧陽，因為週六客滿所以抓緊定了週日的兩間。四大兩小。 酒店送了竹海和天目湖山水園門票，我們週六住在竹海，不想來回折騰，所以提前加了管家微信，小高美女管家特別好，所有要求都儘量幫我協調。提前幫我開了竹海的門票，雖然第二天入園訊息沒開全，等了兩分鐘又重新開了一遍，還是很迅速的。還有吃飯問題，送的兩張正餐是火鍋魚頭湯二選一，在小高管家的推薦下，本來想在竹海吃火鍋的，但是我們下山兩點半了，火鍋打烊了，但是沒有直接拒絕我們，讓我們到隔壁的臻味館吃了魚頭湯，單點菜的價格雖然偏貴但是衹要加兩個小菜，我們四大兩小就完全OK啦，點了四個扎肝還剩一個沒吃完。吃了三天的魚頭湯，太過癮了。最後一天酒店的正餐也是魚頭湯，也是再加一個菜也能吃飽的，我們加了兩個沒吃完，早餐也豐盛的，網紅肥腸麪很好吃！ 再説酒店位置方便，去山水園和水世界走路都是七八分鐘，晚上早上吹吹風還是很舒服的。酒店送了四個項目，因為下午要去水世界，所以我們衹玩了皮划艇和喂烏龜，週一錯高峯，人很少，海洋館看到一個很自由的魚🤣，皮划艇也好玩就是有點曬，加人的話68一個人，姥姥沒玩，結束走不動了，幸運的是在山水園遇到擺渡車，他們會態度很好的把我們送到酒店樓下。 房間很大，露台很大，前一天泡温泉的泳衣我們掛在樹上晾的，很快乾了。隔音稍微差了點，我們住在走廊頭，早上其他客人講話的聲音能聽到，硬説可以改進的地方就是1201的衞生間和洗漱池在房間兩邊，上完廁所不方便洗手😊。 退房以後我們還玩了一下午的水世界，大人小孩都超級開心，很棒的旅行。 十分好評👍👍👍

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

L'hôtel était excellent. Just brillant. Une visite absolue doit être si vous êtes à Jiangsu. Le personnel est exceptionnel et vous fait sentir bienvenue, quel que soit votre provenance. Mon partenaire et moi avons été traités avec tant de respect et fait sentir à la maison. Nous allons bientôt revenir là-bas - c'est un grand tour !

L'hôtel est au-delà des attentes! Hotel was good. It's clean. The breakfast is good. The parking is a little confusing but overall good experience. Can't say it was a 4 star hotel but it's a great hotel for the price.
