Choisir cet hôtel à Pingtan était vraiment une excellente idée ! 👍 Tout d'abord, son emplacement est fantastique, à seulement dix minutes à pied des plages de Longfengtou et de Tannawan. Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe, mais le majordome, voyant que nous avions des enfants, nous a préparé une chambre Familiale. La chambre était immense et les enfants se sont précipités sur la petite tente et les jouets dès leur arrivée. Il y avait aussi des produits de toilette pour enfants et un repose-pieds – le souci du détail était impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux, avec des spécialités locales comme le « Tian Chang Di Jiu » (un plat traditionnel), ainsi que des nuggets de poulet frit, des pâtes et du lait – de quoi ravir les enfants. L'hôtel possède sa propre aire de jeux pour enfants, et les enfants ne voulaient plus en sortir. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Pingtan.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!

🌊 A Fantastic Coastal Getaway with Top-Notch Service! I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile! The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹 To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! The hotel location is good which is right at the cross road junction. 5 min walk away has many many seafood restaurant and we are spoilt for choice. However, right infront of the hotel entrance are a row of EV charging station and there are many cars parking there to charge. Opposite the hotel is an abundant building which seem like a stop in construction work. Rooms are clean, there are rooms of same category which are very spacious and there are rooms that are very small. We booked 4 rooms and we are given a few combination of rooms. One of the room is so small that could hardly place 2x28” luggage in the room, we took it because we only stay for 1 night. Hotel lobby is nothing fanciful. I will not come back to the same hotel again. There is no WOW factor during our stay.

L'hôtel de la résidence est très pratique dans la ville de la comté, la position est bonne et le voisinage mange beaucoup. L'hôtel est ouvert, l'hygiène est bonne, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, recommandé ～ L'attitude de service de la reception est très bonne, si nécessaire, rapidement réglée!

The room was exactly as shown in the photos on Trip, and waking up to a stunning sea view was easily the highlight of both the hotel and my trip. The room doors were a bit tricky to maneuver—even though the staff kindly went the extra mile to show me how to open and close them, I gave up after the third try. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy. A large bug appeared in the room, which gave me quite a scare. Also, this place isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with large suitcases, but the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with carrying luggage up and down. Overall, a beautiful view and warm service, with a few quirks to keep in mind.

房間非常好性價比非常高，位置在島中央，學校旁，旅遊住這裏比縣城便宜很多，離北線會近很多，因為正中去哪裡打車都衹有125塊以內，非常方便，而且包早餐。

This is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

I had a wonderful stay at Pingtan Kunhao Resort. The location is excellent, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Before I arrived, I requested a specific room, and the staff kindly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in earlier than the standard check-in time, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and have no major complaints. The only small issue was that one of the chairs in the room wasn’t very clean. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Pingtan.
