L'environnement et le service sont bons dans l'ensemble, la réception est très enthousiaste, les installations environnementales sont parfaitement propres, sont adaptées à la sélection de voyages, le transport environnant est pratique, la distance de la triangle est également très proche, recommandé!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my recent stay. The staff was very friendly always greeting me as I walked by the front desk and also very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were updated, very clean, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. I will definitely book this hotel when I come back to China and would highly recommend to anyone!

專門來新鄉打卡胖東來，選對酒店的快樂誰懂啊!這趟住宿體驗直接拉滿，必須好好誇誇這家寶藏酒店🥳 剛辦理入住，前台就遞來了精緻的入住禮，是包裝精美的本地特色小點心，逛累了回房間墊肚子剛好，細節裏全是貼心。進房更是驚喜，全屋智能電控太香了!想開燈拉窗簾衹需要喊一聲，躺在床上就能控制所有設備，懶癌患者直接狂喜🤩 點了外賣也不用等，智能機器人會穩穩送到房間門口，私隱又方便，完全不用麻煩跑腿。 最讓我們感動的是，逛胖東來太上頭根本挪不動腳，眼看着趕不上退房時間，抱着試試的心態問前台能不能延遲，工作人員一口答應，直接給我們延遲到了四點!慢悠悠逛完買齊東西才回去收拾行李，完全不慌。退房後還有免費送站服務直接送到新鄉東站。 從入住到離開，每一處都讓人覺得舒服又暖心，把遊客的需求想得明明白白。以後來新鄉逛胖東來就鎖死這家了，也推薦給所有來打卡的朋友，絕對不踩雷👍

The staff were very friendly upon entering the hotel. I loved how they gently hit the steel tongue drum upon the door opening which made entering the lobby quite pleasant and fun. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will choose to stay here again if venturing to this province in the future.

New hotel in Changyuan. Great service, clean and plenty of bottles of water. Location will be great in a year or 2 when surrounding areas are developed. Great choice if you want a new hotel and like the Ji brand.

這家酒店可以稱之為酒店業的胖東來，服務太太太好了，給我們的河南之行留下了很深刻的印象。尤其是祁師傅，要給一個大大的贊，開車送我們去二胖，然後又接我們去三胖，還主動幫我們把二胖買的東西送回酒店，免去我們的負擔，晚上很晚了還去三胖接我們，特別感動！！！車很新，很乾凈！在三胖超市買的東西太多了，前台的小姑娘還幫我們送上樓。 今天早上一出門，酒店工作人員在幫每輛汽車遮防曬板，細節體現服務品質。 酒店有很大的停車場，還有充電樁，對自駕很友好。樓下有小便利店，小吃店，點外賣選擇很多，還是機器人送餐。 大堂有24小時的茶水咖啡供應，早餐也給我很大的驚喜，這個價位性價比很高！下次來新鄉玩，還會選擇這家酒店！

Hôtel très agréable ! J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour ! La chambre était propre et confortable, l'accueil chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner correct et j'ai trouvé un café cosy à proximité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage d'affaires !

出差順帶遊玩輝縣，入住美豪怡致酒店，各方面都很滿意 。酒店地理位置優越，交通便捷，停車方便。客房佈局合理，全屋智能控制系統，燈光、窗簾語音即可操控，使用體驗感很好。全屋衞生做得細緻，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定，網絡速度流暢，辦公刷手機都不卡頓。前台服務禮貌高效，入住退房流程快捷。早餐供應及時，熱菜麪點齊全，能滿足出行用餐需求。配套有健身房、自助洗衣房，商旅出行十分便利。去往萬仙山、寶泉等景區路程適中，不管辦事還是遊玩都合適，整體性價比不錯，值得推薦。

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Une fois de plus, la climatisation n'était pas individuelle pour chaque chambre, mais réglée à 25 degrés pour tout l'établissement. Heureusement, on pouvait ouvrir la fenêtre. J'imagine qu'à son apogée, il était magnifique, mais il commence à accuser son âge. Le petit-déjeuner était correct (7/10).
