Hôtels avec salle de sport à Bilbao

La chambre n'est pas grande. Nous y avons séjourné trois jours, et l'eau chaude de la salle de bain n'a pas fonctionné correctement une seule journée, soit elle était à 80 degrés, soit à 30 degrés. Le parking privé est petit, et nous devions nous garer dans un parking public à 500 mètres, pour 24,17 $ par jour. Les points positifs sont l'emplacement, car le musée et la rue commerçante sont juste de l'autre côté de la rivière.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Highly recommend this extremely well lovated and modern hotel. The staff are fabulous and highly professional. The rooms are spacious and very practical. The location is right in the middle. You can walk to the train station, to the old shopping area... You are 15 minuti away by tram to the Guggenheim. Thank you again for such a beautiful stay - will definitely come again.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable cette année pour la Semaine Sainte. L'hôtel Axel était idéalement situé, au bord du fleuve, à proximité d'un excellent restaurant et d'un bar. La piscine sur le toit offre également une vue imprenable sur le feu d'artifice ! Le personnel était extrêmement serviable et sympathique. Bien que nous n'ayons pas eu besoin du service de ménage, ils nous ont proposé chaque jour de nettoyer notre chambre ou de changer les serviettes et les produits de première nécessité. Une expérience inoubliable ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Établissement calme, accessible facilement (bus aéroport à 10 minutes maximum à pied), personnel très agréable et petit-déjeuner également de bonne qualité.

Le vitrail est très facile à trouver, le service de la réception est efficace et prévenant, la salle n'est pas petite en Europe, les équipements sont complets, elle est très proche de plusieurs points d'enregistrement, et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

L'emplacement est très bon, je pense que c'est un hôtel cinq étoiles vétéran avec un design de style basque fort. La suite dans laquelle j'ai séjourné, la chambre était grande, la vue était bonne et il y avait un garage dans le sol. Peut-être que la chambre n'est pas assez neuve, mais elle est bien entretenue. A côté du parc, marchez jusqu'au Musée Basque pendant 5 minutes et Guggenheim pendant 10 minutes. Je recommande.

Это замечательное место: яркий дизайн и чистота. Стратегически расположено очень удобно: автовокзал находится прямо в том же здании под землей. Там же метро. Я жила на 10 этаже и весь город был как на ладони! Однозначно рекомендую!
