Les chambres du Hilton Chatan sont grandes et propres, et les services sont très bons, en particulier le service de bus de retour est très bon (payant, les horaires sont sur la photo ci-jointe). C'est une grande chaîne et il n'y a aucun problème avec ça. Cependant, si vous souhaitez simplement découvrir l'American Village et aller à Sunset Beach, écoutez mes conseils, il n'est vraiment pas nécessaire de séjourner au Hilton Chatan. Premièrement, il n'est pas aussi proche de Sunset Beach que le Beachtower et le Vessel. Deuxièmement, il est trop grand et il faut marcher assez loin. Troisièmement, c'est le dernier arrêt du bus de l'aéroport. Lorsque vous y allez en voiture, vous pouvez le voir clairement, mais le bus continue de tourner en rond pour déposer d'autres hôtels en premier. En fait, le lequ à côté a l'air de Budapest et du style espagnol. Les plus colorées sont très jolies. Je pense vraiment qu'elles ont une meilleure ambiance que le Hilton tout blanc.
De plus, le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant, très ordinaire, pas beaucoup de styles, dans l'ensemble, il n'y avait rien à manger (je me couvrais le visage 🤦), pas beaucoup de particularités, et pas de café glacé...

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing.
1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand.
2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”?
3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way.
I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking.
I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking.
Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all.
Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

酒店陽台正對面就是絕佳欣賞 日落的海灘🏖️ 每天打開窗户就能看到絕美夕陽和聽到街頭藝人演唱🎶氛圍感十足！
雖然去的幾天碰到了颱風，但夕陽已經十分驚艷啦～ 難以想象如果天氣好 該多美！
另外酒店去各個附近咖啡店，熱門餐廳或者超市都十分方便喲！
設施：非常新，除常規酒店該有的設施外，配備膠囊咖啡機，浴室也有浴缸每晚泡澡非常chill
衞生：乾淨整潔。每天保潔及時打掃而且打掃的非常細緻
環境：沒得説如上所述

KKennethThis is one of the best stays I had when I was in Ryukyu. The bed is the greatest feature I love about as it is so soft and comfy. The sound insulation is great either. As I have my own car, the hotel provides private parking bay for their guests which is a bonus. The only rooms for improvement that I would like to comment is cleanliness. During our stay we spotted a jeans which was left by the previous guests below the chair.

Le lit est sans aucun doute le lit d’hôtel le plus confortable dans lequel j’ai dormi et j’ai visité 65 pays !
Le personnel ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous, toujours amical et souriant.
Les emplacements sont superbes à 20 minutes à pied du village américain, de la plage à 2 minutes à pied, des cabanes de plage et des restaurants à 2 minutes à pied.

The Japanese bathroom was a nice touch after a long day out. Cleanliness was faultless, and they have a tuk tuk service to the American Village during the evening time.

CChin MengThis is a spacious room suitable for a family of 4. The room is clean and location is very central. To book the breakfast, one need to reserve the day before at 6pm. Nonetheless there are lots of breakfast choices around the hotel. It is directly outside the beach area which unfortunately is under renovation work until further notice.

L'hôtel vous répondra pour vous informer qu'il vous donnera le mot de passe de la porte du premier étage à 15h00 le jour de l'enregistrement (le mot de passe sera changé tous les jours, n'oubliez pas de le redemander. Bien qu'ils aient dit verbalement qu'ils vous enverraient le mot de passe pour le lendemain par e-mail à 22h00, je ne l'ai pas reçu)
Étape 3. La clé de la chambre se trouve à l'entrée. La clé de la chambre peut également ouvrir la porte du premier étage (je me demande ~ le bâtiment change le mot de passe tous les jours. Quel est le but de notifier le mot de passe ?
Étape 4. Le stationnement est disponible au premier étage et dans l'espace ouvert en face. Le prix est de 1 000 yens par jour (mettez l'argent dans une enveloppe et mettez-la dans la boîte aux lettres avec la clé de la chambre lors de votre départ)

IInvitéThe Hotel is located next to Steakhouse, BBQ and Italian Restaurants and the Sunabe Wall dive site. If you arrive by bus the hotel is a 15min Walk away from the Bus stop of the Kadena US Military Base Entrance. They have free laundry and vending machines for food and drinks.
I had a nice stay. The room was small but tidy and I had views on city and ocean.
