Hôtels avec salle de sport à Makati

L emplacement est très bien, les services et le cadre propose par l'hôtel est également bon, cependant nous avons attendus plus d'une heure là chambre au checkin. De plus les chambres sont confortables cependant d'un autre temps.

On nous a donné une chambre sans bidet ni sèche-cheveux, climatisation et réfrigérateur pas froids et moisissures visibles au plafond. La chambre est assez vieille et ne mérite pas le statut d'un 5 étoiles. J'ai été transféré dans une meilleure chambre après avoir donné ce commentaire, mais je me demande simplement pourquoi ils donnent toujours ce genre de chambre à leurs invités ? L'hôtel a connu des temps meilleurs et est assez blasé. Je dois dire que le service du personnel de l'hôtel est bon, sympathique et arrangeant, typique de l'hospitalité philippine renommée.

La chambre était spacieuse et disposait d'une kitchenette simple, mais la propreté laissait à désirer. De nombreux petits détails étaient visibles, comme des taches noires de moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain. L'odeur était nauséabonde. Bien que de l'eau soit fournie gratuitement, les contenants en plastique étaient dans un état déplorable. Je suis allé prendre le petit-déjeuner vers 8 h. Si le menu semblait varié, la propreté laissait à désirer : la vaisselle et les tasses semblaient avoir été laissées en désordre. Plusieurs restaurants, un Starbucks et une petite supérette se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Greenbelt.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Un bon hôtel ; on nous a enregistrés à 3 h du matin. La caution est de 4 000 roubles ; il vaut mieux payer en espèces si vous avez d’autres endroits où aller et du temps libre. On peut payer par carte, mais le remboursement est possible sous 14 jours. L’hôtel est simple, le mobilier est un peu vieillot, mais tout est propre, le lit est parfait, tout comme les serviettes. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas ; il y a un balcon, probablement pour des raisons de sécurité. La douche est bien, l’eau est chaude, il y a une télévision, la climatisation – tout le confort nécessaire. La cuisine est équipée d’une casserole, d’un couteau et de quelques ustensiles, mais nous n’avons rien cuisiné. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon, avec un choix varié : différents types d’œufs brouillés avec de la saucisse de soja ou du bacon. Il y a un supermarché à proximité, à 5 minutes, et un café. La piscine sur le toit est très petite ; elle paraît plus grande sur les photos. Nous y étions en février, et l’eau était froide. Il n’y a pas de bar, seulement trois transats et des tables avec des canapés.

What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

Friendly and efficient front office staff. Check in was fast and quick. Room was good size with all amenities for cooking , heating your own meals. TV had adequate coverage of English and local channels. 7 Eleven convenient store was located next to the condotel. Ample shopping and restaurants were availableat walking distance. Green belt five was at 2 minutes walking distance across the road. Grab taxi pick up and drop off was very convenient. Grab food delivered to the front desk and was coordinated efficiently.

Un hôtel budget, situé au cœur du quartier de divertissement pour adultes Makati. Personnel aimable et utile. Chambres en besoin de rénovation mais OK pour le prix facturé.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
