L'hôtel est incroyable. Le personnel était vraiment serviable. Un grand merci à Andrea pour son accueil chaleureux. Daniel était très serviable et chaleureux, avec un grand sens de l'humour. Nous avions deux jours pour découvrir les meilleures attractions des environs et il s'est assuré que nous y parvenions en nous expliquant le plan et en planifiant l'itinéraire. Un large choix de petits-déjeuners était proposé. Les serveurs étaient très gentils, toujours prêts à vous servir de l'eau et à vous refaire un café. Les femmes de ménage étaient adorables et serviables. Le service est excellent. J'avais besoin de nouvelles pantoufles car j'avais utilisé les premières pour le centre de remise en forme et elles étaient mouillées. On m'en a offert une autre gratuitement. L'hôtel est magnifique, la décoration est soignée et les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien accueillis.

Le personnel est très aimable et utile, une grande nourriture, un emplacement dans un bâtiment historique dans la région de la Vieille ville. Dans sa catégorie, l'hôtel gagne certainement chaque étoile et puis quelques-uns.

L'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, près de l'aéroport. Le quartier est très propre et le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Un supermarché est à proximité, ce qui est pratique pour faire ses courses. Il est également proche du Palais du Peuple et d'autres attractions. Nous sommes partis en excursion le lendemain et l'hôtel nous a préparé un copieux petit-déjeuner.

The city's finest museums are mere minutes away, making it an ideal base for both leisure and business travellers. Whilst the breakfast was available, we found it rather expensive for what was offered. However, this was not an issue as we discovered a charming café directly across from the hotel that provided excellent morning fare at more reasonable prices. The rooms maintain the classical elegance found throughout the property, with comfortable furnishings and all modern amenities one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The attention to detail in both the public spaces and private rooms reflects the hotel's commitment to maintaining its historic charm whilst providing contemporary comfort. In conclusion, the Grand Hotel Continental Bucuresti offers a superb hotel experience in the heart of Romania's capital. Despite the breakfast pricing, which is easily remedied by numerous nearby alternatives, the hotel's outstanding service, perfect location and classical charm make it a splendid choice for anyone visiting Bucharest. 15 minutes à pied de l'aéroport et 10 minutes à pied du parc de pirates. Le parc de la mer a cent ans de tours, des petits trésors sans crainte, très écologique, en particulier le bar et le terrain de nuit les plus spécialisés du tout le long de la route du lac à Bucarest. Pour rejoindre la chambre du parc, vous verrez la pâque de rêve demain! Bien sûr, il y a un peu de loin de la vieille ville. Il est toujours conseillé de vivre dans la vieille ville comme Rome.

We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was a good size — very pleasant and well kept. We were quite happy with the overall experience. Breakfast could be improved, as there weren’t many healthy options available. Most of the choices were heavier, American-style dishes, so a bit more variety would make a nice difference. It would also be great if the room cleaning were a bit more thorough each day, rather than just making the bed and changing towels. When guests pay for a hotel stay, consistent quality and attention to detail are always appreciated.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
