Very nice stay staff very friendly and helpful room clean and comfortable breakfast very nice and safe helpful also a wide range of choices

I never stayed but my cousin who was from North stayed over for a couple of nights but on the whole the reception also bar staff very friendly and helpful shana who was working on Saturday was very professional smiley also josh who works behind the bar very good at his job

The room was lovely very clean and staff were lovely, would definitely stay here again in the future.

Welcoming staff and a clean, basic room that was comfortable. Close to Stourbridge it made a good base for my activities in the area. Will use again.

After nearly an hour and half yesterday trying to get mobile reception or use the free wifi both are non existent. I gave up and paid for the ultimate wifi in the end and that’s not any better as it drops out at every opportunity. I’m staying here for Business purposes but if you need to do work at the hotel try somewhere else as it’s truly terrible. I am meant to be back in July but will be requesting other accommodation as well as the poor wifi there is nothing to do close by unless you want to walk 25 minutes or get a taxi or drive everywhere. Even a hotel gym or a pool table in the beefeater would help no end. The staff for the most part are friendly and helpful and the hotel is quiet but given its location that’s no surprise. Also the rooms do get very warm as there is no aircon which is surprising as a lot of other premier inns have this as standard. The fans in the room make zero difference.

After nearly an hour and a half trying to use mobile reception and the free wifi I gave up and paid for the wifi as both mobile reception and the free wifi are non existent here! The only reason I’m staying is because it’s extremely close to where I am working but I am due to be back in July and I’ll be requesting to stay elsewhere as there is no local amenities and no entertainment close by coupled with the lack of decent wifi and mobile makes for a very disappointing experience The staff are for most pet friendly and helpful. Unless you want to walk 25 minutes to find anything to do you’ll need to drive or pay for taxis everywhere.

I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, we were not allocated one but the receptionist who was lovely put us on the ground floor which was marvellous. My sister has a sleep apnoea machine which we could not use as there were no plugs at the side of the bed, so we had to move the bed to the desk in order for, her to plug it in and use it I cannot fault the receptionist she was lovely but the breakfast words fail me. I have never in my life been into such a dirty restaurant. The floor was completely covered in food and carpet lint the lady who served us was very unprofessional, we couldn’t get to the tea machine because someone was fixing it so while we were waiting, we made some toast and the plates were dirty. The breakfast was not the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t get past the dirty restaurant besides the fact that a lot of the chairs were filthy, torn and the walls which had Christmas lights on were covered in cobwebs I would not recommend

One of the worst hotels, bathroom door was covered in black mould, receptionist couldn't give a damn

Hotel fairly clean, reception staff friendly when checking in. W-Fi really slow to the point of being unusable , and phone signal on Vodafone kept dropping to E, almost impossible to get 4G. Bed standard Premier Inn quality. Would stay again if I needed to be in the area. Breakfast was standard Beefeater fare, quick service and area clean.
