Island Forest Hotel (Haikou East High-speed Railway Station)

The staff at this hotel was the nicest, friendliest group of people I have met in all of China. The staff (Ella) told me the owner had six hotels in the island and he has given them incredible spirit of customer service.

We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling! Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel.

酒店一如既往的衞生整潔，服務員服裝很有特色，退房時，電梯遇上服務員還幫忙拿行李，客房服務態度很好，尤其前台的小冰服務周到，耐心細緻，謝謝！離店抽獎還抽了個手工皂，驚喜！5分滿意。

這是一家本土的酒店，前台有個綠色的青蛙很漂亮，經前台小冰，小劉介紹，這叫旺蛙，我還用手摸了一下，希望我能旺起來，很舒服的一家店，邊上吃東西也很方便，開電車的朋友不要擔心充電的問題，離充電樁不遠

酒店提供免費高鐵接機或送機一次，全海南一共三家店海口、博鰲、萬寧，我機緣巧合的三家店痘住過了，海口的客房最小，但是總店；博鰲的沿海，院子裏有好大一片椰林；萬寧的在日月灣景區裏是學沖浪的。三家店都是笑清新風格，海口店和萬寧店有免費洗衣房

房間挺大的風格我也挺喜歡的，就是隔音效果不是很好，一宿醒幾次，服務員小姐姐很熱情，入住的時候還很貼心給了我們牛奶餅乾糖果，建議兩個人入住可以放兩瓶小牛奶，要不然推讓起來也有點尷尬👍👍唯一給我的驚喜（驚嚇）就是這衹小強了😔，準備上洗手間的時候跑出來嚇我一跳😨😰😱

房間比較老舊，服務太一般了，我讓加個被還不情願，浴巾這些都不乾淨，早餐給的代餐券，也看不懂怎麼消費，問服務員還不耐煩，以為沒到消費額就又點了一些打包，結果背面的沒算進去最後又補了五十塊錢，真是無語！以後不會再來！

海南自由行最後一站是海口，選這個酒店最初是因為離着海口東站近，而且酒店提供免費接站服務。到達第一天還沒出站就接到司機楊師傅的電話，詳細告知停車地點，所以很順利就上車了。路上和師傅聊天，才知道海島森林在博鰲等都有店，老闆經營理念好，不光對客人好，對員工也很好，所以員工幹八九年、十多年的不少。到店後前台、保潔都很熱情。免費升級了房間，衞生也很好，原來擔心的潮濕返味都沒有。開着空調，晚上洗的衣服一晚上就基本幹了。又續訂了三晚，住得很舒服。返程時楊師傅又給我們送到了東站，還熱心幫我們拎行李。在這裏要再次謝謝楊師傅！也感謝老闆做了這個好品牌。祝老闆生意興隆！

怎麼説那很中肯的説一下吧，服務態度沒有問題，額外贈送了我送機服務，便攜早餐。挺好的非常感謝！但是確實你們是有不足的地方，向我們長期住酒店的人，最注意的就是衞生問題、和充電設施問題！咱先不説什麼酒店環境好不好、隔不隔音等問題，畢竟房費擺在這裏！那也不能給我拿帶血的床單、枕套讓我們入住吧、手機充電口虛接根本沖不進去電！
