Nice boutique hotel!

Bel endroit où séjourner. Bien qu'il y ait une paire de bouchons d'oreilles dans la chambre, destinés aux dormeurs pour éviter le bruit de la route, ce n'était pas nécessaire. Le café servi dans le hall, avec une seule tasse par jour, était agréable. Une machine à laver et un sèche-linge sont disponibles. Il est recommandé de séjourner.

The room is clean and service is good . Suitable for those couple trip and familiy trip. The room was clean and spacious. All in all, a good stay with high value for money.

Price affordable for solo travelling. Hotel was clean comes with free coffee or tea per day. Duct ventilation was not very good. But when i came back at night smoking smell is gone. Location is good but need to walk out abit for taxi to fetch you as the hotel is facing a dead end.

Hotel service is good, washing machines provided free and room is clean. Hotel location near shopping area.

Beautiful and clean hotel with free commercial washing machine and dryer. Nothing much to walk nearby, but it is a 5-15min drive away from most tourist attractions. Great for family stay.

Excellent stay throughout my trip in haikou. Very clean and super friendly staff free daily coffee to reedem at counter level 1 cafe.💯👍 will consider to stay again if I return to 海 南

Nice place, simple gym on Level 3 and laundry room was helpful. There were two washers and two dryers. Gym was also stocked with water and towel. Breakfast is a good spread. Staff were helpful and friendly and catered to our request for late check out. Would recommend this hotel (inside looks better than the building, so it is great!)

A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.

Functional and new hotel! The family room was so cute, with different soft toys arranged on the bed depending on what animal theme the room has. Quite a comfortable stay, with extremely comfortable beds. Recommended.

There is constant cigarette smell in the room…especially at the shower area where the ventilator seems to be spoilt…other than that it’s pretty good.

THE STAFF HERE WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL WITH LANGUAGE TRANSLATION ALSO . GREAT CONVIENANT LOCATION . RESTURANTS ,FOOD STORES , SHOPPING MALL ACROSS THR STREET . AWESOME HUGE PARK NEAR BY I WOULD BOOK AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT .

This hotel was fantastic! I will definitely choose it again when I return to Hainan. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff, Xiaowu and Xiao lee, were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful stay at SkyBird Hotel in Hainan. Staff are amazing, breakfast buffet is wonderful and suit the tastebuds of us Singaporeans. Location is good, and staff let us check in early for free
