« Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal. »

« First time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard . Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed . Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure. »

« 房間不大，但是該有的都有，🏨酒店位置很好，步行至幹河街和南關廂都十來分鐘路程，附近就有一個愛琴海商場 ，還有步行街，吃飯逛街一起解決，我們是自駕來，還有地下車場，停車🅿️方便，就是早餐略顯簡單，麪包都是預包裝食品😂 »

« 服務：網上訂好酒店，提前一天酒店就電話聯繫我，加了微信，發了停車場定位，並拉了小羣，加入了接待員小江。我由於對觀潮訊息不太熟悉，又涉及到第一天出發的行程，比較晚才在羣裏詢問，小江同學又即時回覆我👍。第一天上午，接待羣裏提前與我聯繫，到了停車場，由於充電樁的故障，中午炎炎烈日下，小江又幫忙找合適的充電樁，感謝🙏。小江熱心帶我們登記酒店，刷門票，並告知酒店裡的各類設施，讓我們玩起來更方便。酒店前台接待熱情，有問必答，退房時還誠懇詢問住店感受，工作認真。 環境：酒店在景區內，主要是由幾棟四層仿古建築組成，內有小湖，小橋流水，景色宜人。 設施：週四中午到店，升級了房間，河景大床房，有2人沙發榻，小圓桌，衞生間蠻大的，乾濕分離，還有浴缸。房內設施齊全，酒店在細節方面處理得非常好：有一次性浴缸套和女生化粧用的一次性發篐。建議洗澡水的温度能控制好。 餐飲：酒店有幾個餐廳，我們就去了早餐廳，早餐比較豐盛，中西餐點都有，建議西點方面可以再增加一些。 住店期間，酒店的員工都會主動打招呼。我有小物品遺落在房間，酒店電話聯繫我並快遞送來，謝謝！希望有機會能夠再來住二天。 »

« La position de l'hôtel est avec des argentines, le restaurant et la piscine peuvent voir des argentines, et les courtes voitures sont également très pratique dans la zone de scène, bagages de bagage et pluvieux de location. Pour expliquer notre expérience de cette séjour, on peut dire que c'est très mauvais, et il y a quelques points principaux : Après avoir réservé l'hôtel, le personnel de l'hôtel m'a contacté pour confirmer que le voyage a été demandé au directeur de l'hôtel. Tout au long de la communication, j'ai également demandé à la piscine de l'hôtel, mais aucune partie ne m'a dit que la piscine ne pouvait pas être utilisée le jour où je suis arrivée. Plusieurs invités ont demandé à la piscine sur place, Tout le monde est là, et personne ne sait comment maintenir la piscine. La piscine est le point lumineux de l'hôtel, sinon il n'y a pas besoin de vivre ici. 2. Il n'y a pratiquement rien à manger dans la zone de rénovation. Le café, les petits-déjeuners, etc. sont tous les gens qui ont la porte de la porte, 37,8 degrés de journée, tout le parc de la mer, il y a une machine de vente pour fournir des boissons. Il n'y a rien à manger autour de l'hôtel, il faut conduire environ une heure pour les ventes. La chambre est grande et les conditions matérielles sont bonnes, mais en général, l'hygiène n'est pas propre, il y a plusieurs endroits de la plaque avec des corps de petits insectes, un cheveux à côté du coiffeur, et il y a une vie de vol dans la chambre pendant la nuit au lit, Je ne sais pas si les fenêtres ne peuvent pas fermer les vols. »

« I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.  »

« L'hôtel est principalement réservé pour être proche de la ville de Peak. Vous devez toujours séjourner plusieurs fois par an. Le service est bon, gentil, la chambre est très grande, la télévision est un peu petite »
