Hébergement propre, voyage pratique. Le personnel de service est très bon. Il y a un délicieux restaurant de sushis à proximité appelé Nemuro Hanamaru Hakodate Shop.

Super convenient location just next to Jr Station. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and decent. Breakfast was very good.

Great location which was right outside of the Hakodate station. Good breakfast Highly recommend this hotel!!

Super good location it’s just in front of the Hakodate jr station,beside is morning market. Room size is big compared to others.

The location is just opposite JR station!!!! And the lucky Pierrot (famous burger in Japan) I also just opposite!!!!

This lovely clean hotel is just a minute walk from the train station and morning market. Breakfast is good at level 2.

Convenient location. JR station across the street, drugstore just right next door & Hakodate morning market behind. Nice view from the room. And plus point for Conan movie fans as it’s the hotel where Conan & friends stayed in the latest movie!

I changed my hotel into this hotel immediately after I watched Conan the Movie 27. I planned my trip to Hakodate since the movie 26 that I know it will take place here. Really excited to come to this hotel. The overall was great. Location so close to the train station. Near many good restaurants. Even though no onsen and room was small, but very comfortable to stay. I felt so relax staying here. However, one thing you should improve, would be the laundry room. 3 washers were there but only 2 can use. One washer with dryer all in one was very inconvenient. Especially when there are only 2 machines. Because only few people can use and it takes more than 80 minutes to finish 1 round. I travelled a lot so I know normally laundry machine should be 2 separated machines: washers and dryers, take only 30 minutes each, and free too. Here you need to pay by coins. Too slow. And very long queue. Can wash only 2 guests per 80 minutes. I brought my book to sit and read in front of the washers for 1 hour in order to wash my clothes. Then about 5 people came in and went back. Then those people came back when they thought the time was right would had been disappointed, because there were other people waiting to put their clothes inside the machines already. Some people came in 3 times. I’m not sure did they manage to wash their clothes or not, or they might had finished it by 5 AM. This is the point you should improve. There are a lot of faster machines nowadays. Find more to fulfill your service.

Hotel location is amazing, room is clean, staffs are helpful, the only downside is the parking, was told by the staff that parking space is small might not suit our rented mpv car. So we have to park at open car parking nearby costed 700 yen a day.

Stayed 2 nights here. Its perfect! Its just beside the JR station Hakodate! And the famous Morning market in town. You cant miss this hotel! Connexted to Souvenier Shop, and drug store
