"La salle est super grande, la source chaude est géniale et il y a peu de monde. Il y a des installations intérieures et extérieures. L'emplacement est très proche de la gare routière. Il y a des navettes directes pour la Forêt de Verre et le Musée d'Art POLA. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet. Il y a une jeune femme nommée "Watanabe" à la réception qui parle anglais. Le service est très bon et patient. Hôtel très rentable.

L'emplacement est très bon, le bus va directement à l'hôtel, il se trouve à quelques pas du plateau Sengoku et du jardin Shisei, et il est également très proche du musée d'art POLA. La pièce est très grande. Je suis très satisfait de la combinaison du tatami et du style occidental. Il y a une odeur d'humidité en entrant dans la pièce. Il est préférable d'ouvrir le balcon pour aérer. La source chaude est très propre et il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. C'est très rafraîchissant après s'y être baigné. C'est super d'avoir une autre boîte de lait du distributeur automatique de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est assez copieux et a bon goût.

It has a very large space for the room. Staff were efficient and friendly.

The room size was very big. But it’s rather old; many cigarette butts on the balcony floor so we didn’t even want to step out. Each time someone flushed the toilet it gave out such loud noise, which sound like a jet engine. It really needed some upgrade. The onsen was the highlight of the stay. Very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was decent with many choices. Location wise it is rather far from the Yumoto station.

The location is quite convenient, and the food is good compare the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had noticeable stains on the carpet,curtains and the upholstery, which made the space feel unkempt and uncomfortable. There were also pen marks on the walls and surfaces, suggesting that proper cleaning had not been carried out. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel until they address these issues.so we are requesting for refunding the full amount

Rooms are big enough bonus id part of the room is japenese style. Great breakfast.

Locate near bus stop. Easy to travel along Hakone area. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful hotel!!! And very helpful staff. I love all the facilities in this hotel. There have a big onsen. The location is near the Ropeway just 15 minute. But from train station is a bit far by bus. There also have a welcome drink and snack bar. The breakfast was incredible, too many choice and delicious!! Overall, me and my family had a good time and love this hotel!!

Don't be deceived. The hotel ONLY refurbished the lobby and 2/F restaurant, while the room remains 1980s furniture and smell. The receptionist 佐藤, when asked about the room, rudely responded that she has no idea. How disappointing! I checked in and couldnt wait to leave the room and returned to the room very late. The best thing for me was I only booked one night, and I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Please don't stay here. There are so many other options in the area.

The hotel was renovated & look modern, not traditional onsen hotel. It’s buffet breakfast & dinner, choice a bit limited & fusion. Staff is nice & polite
