Avis : Hakone Sengokuhara Prince Hotel

La chambre est très vieille et l'hygiène est pire que celle des autres hôtels de Tokyo. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner était servi par une dame à lunettes nommée Kishida qui avait une mauvaise attitude en matière de service. Après avoir passé trois nuits, les deux options de petit-déjeuner du deuxième jour étaient tout ne va pas, et à part le petit déjeuner occidental, tout le reste était froid. très déçu

"Il est adapté pour jouer au golf en vacances. Les installations sont effectivement un peu vieilles. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de points forts au petit-déjeuner et au dîner. Le rapport qualité/prix global est assez bon. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois juste pour jouer au golf.

Hôtel tellement bien, tout va bien Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est Onsen pour la première fois, mais c'est très agréable et relaxant.

Very nice (and spacious - by tokyo standards) hotel!! We had a balcony view of the mountain and the golf course. I didn't read the description and was pleasantly surprised that there was an onsen (must pay 150 yen usage fee per person). It was a really nice onsen too. It was raining the day that we got there and it made the outdoor onsen just magical with the rain in the backdrop. However, they do not allow tattooed guests into the onsen so foreigners, please be aware. The room was nice and gave old timey feels. I appreciated the big, long couch too. One drawback was that there was no microwave in the whole building :( But overall, would come back. It's a 10 minute walk from the T Tozan bus (so you can get there pretty quickly from the Togendai bus/ropeway station. The Lawson is right there next to the bus stop too (we got to go while the Evangelion collab was going on). The hotel has a free shuttle bus to various locations too so I would inquire about those upon check-in since those have to be booked the day before, but if you have the Hakone free pass and don't mind walking, it's pretty accessible via the Tozan bus lines

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is inside a golf course, therefore the view was amazing. They also have free onsen for residents to enjoy

The hotel was located deep into Hakone that was serene. Highly recommend driving to be comfortable travel to and fro the accommodation.

Very gorgeous hotel setting. Has a golf course which can be seen from most of the rooms. good breakfast. Gorgeous outdoor onsen. Special credit to the extraordinary service

The room was big and comfortable . Breakfast was very good and the view was very nice.

Hotel could do with some renovations as it’s quite dated. However, the golf course and grass tennis courts were both excellent.

Fantastic onsen

酒店位於仙石原，房間陽台外面就是高爾夫球場一部分，在山中很寧靜，温泉很好，晚餐和早餐特別豐盛美食，有很多藝術氣息

這家酒店的位置非常絕！！特別適合想要度假的人，來旅遊可能沒有強羅那裡那麼方便，但是酒店實際上早上有前往桃園台站（空中纜車和海盜船共用站）的shuttle bus和下午從蘆之湖的王子酒店返回的巴士（需要提前和前台預約），適合想去走箱根旅遊路線的遊客，大致路線是：早上坐巴士到桃源台站，坐空中纜車看大涌谷，到早雲山站（箱根cu-mo），再坐登山列車去強羅，甚至箱根湯本，再用同樣的方式返回桃源台坐海盜船，海盜船在元箱根港出來之後很近有去蘆之湖王子酒店的shuttlebus，可以從那再坐shuttle bus返回酒店（具體可以和前台溝通，前台都很有禮貌和耐心）。而且酒店還有shuttle bus能隨時送客人前往最近的公交站（仙石高原站）。 房間方面，從東京酒店到這家，房間真的大了好多好多好多，而且面向高爾夫球場，遠處還有山，還遇到了下雪天，特別特別美！ 酒店的餐廳的view也是絕美（p9），晚飯是偏日式的半自助，因為周邊也沒什麼吃的，還是挺推薦的，早飯也很不錯～ 酒店提供英文和日文服務，前台大多英文還不錯，有些年紀大的發現自己理解不了的時候會拿來ipad和中文人工翻譯連線（這點挺讓我驚訝的，感覺好有錢），交流上不會日語完全不會有障礙，酒店的餐廳還有灣灣的服務員姐姐可以中文交流～ 温泉很不錯！酒店標牌寫的是姥子温泉，衹是可惜這次去的時候室外温泉正在裝修，衹有室內的，但也很舒服～ and仙石高原巴士站有座小山（是叫什麼草原），爬上去之後景色也是絕了！（p10，11） 以後再來箱根應該還會再入住！很喜歡這家酒店～btw他們蘆之湖的王子酒店就在湖旁，有bus到龍宮殿，看起來也很不錯！

房間很乾凈整潔，温泉雖然小但也很舒服 酒店服務也很貼心。 室外是高爾夫球場，風景很宜人。 小的缺點是沒有大床房，雙床不太好拼在一起，帶小朋友的需要注意
