Spa was closed and hotel had no facilities. Had to move to another hotel which is related to their group. Room was spacious and ok but you could smell that people smoked there before. The facilities are very old and no inves**ents have been done. Breakfast is fine.

The location in that city I think is very good regarding sea view, some restaurants outside and you are very close to the ships leaving (it depends what you want... if you like City-like stay, you have to choose ankther locations but I think anyway the places are not so far away and easy to get everywhere (ok maybe in main season not so easy)
The hotel gave me immediately an upgrade, teh room was extremely big, clean ,the view very good. All you need, and breakfast was also okay. The only thing: there's an open disco 1 km away, very very loud still.. so I went to that place to check (in anger) but I found out: actually a nice place to visit, sitting outside at the beach hahaha so not that bad.
Tip: regarding the ships, they all folow the same route and stop at same places, but have very very differing prices ..

Had a very bad experience in changing a booking in this hotel. By mistake while refreshing the page dates were nulled and booked from today till tomorrow. Trip.com contacted Hotel but they showed full ignorance to the situation. Finally they charged me full stay without me even reaching the hotel. Without hesitation, without a sign of favor, without even a word. Still plan my trip to Vietnam but no plans to stay in this chain anymore.

Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite clean. Just one thing we are not happy is the toilet flush button were spoilt and they we couldn’t flush the toilet, the hotel infrastructure were old and seem like were not renovated for quite long. Breakfast buffet are not really nice and friendly with foreigners.
Overall are acceptable

非常好，強力推薦入住，個人認為是到越南下龍灣，吉婆島遊玩入住最佳酒店。性價比非常高，酒店就在主題公園對面，過街到到，到遊船碼頭步行500米就到，酒店海景房（X06---X16，X為樓層）可見全面港灣，在房間可以全景港灣日出，非常棒。酒店早餐可以和國內的比美。另：酒店有懂中文，一切都可解放。包括打車，包車，下龍灣吉婆島船票等等！

酒店服務人員很親切，週邊吃飯購物也非常便利，距離太陽遊樂城與夜市也十方便利，有機會還會選擇入住值得推薦

썬월드 건너편과 큰길에 있어서 위치가 좋고
서비스는 괜찮은거 같네요~^^
객실마다 뷰가 다르겠지만
제가 있는 객실이 옆쪽 뒤인듯 한데 뷰가 괜찮아요^^
조식도 괜찮고 여러종류가 있어서 부족하지 않게 잘먹었어요
근데 모든객실이 똑같진 않겠지만
샤워기 줄이 짧고 위쪽에서도 물이 나오는 구조인거 같은데
제가 못하는건지 나오지는않네요ㅠㅠ
그리고 찬물 방향으로 틀었는데도 미지근한 물이 나오네요ㅠㅠ
