Residence Inn Hamilton

I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Hotel overall. The accommodations were pleasant, and the service was generally good. However, one minor disappointment occurred when I requested towels one night, and I was informed that I needed to go down to the front desk to retrieve them myself. It would have been more convenient if they could have delivered the towels to my room. Besides that, everything else was great!!

Stayed at this hotel during thanksgiving break. After making the reservation, I requested an upgrade with Suite Night Award, and they grandes my request to a 2 bedroom suites with 1 King 1 Queen and a sofa beds plus 2 bathrooms! The location of the hotel is very easy to find and convenient located. The front desk stuff JM was very friendly and provided us an exceptional customer experience. Kids also love the warm water swimming pool! Unfortunately we missed the breakfast as we overslept and thought the breakfast ends at 9:30am! Overall, it was a great stay and will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit our friend in the area.

The room had everything possible to make our stay possible. The only slight issue I had was that this location did not have a safe. Will I come back, absolutely ! It was comfortable and clean! Service was great. The outside was clean snd plenty of parking. Elevators and pool were convenient. I would most definitely return.

We stayed here one night for a wedding. Check in did not go well. There was a line with only one person working while the manager was pretending to do something else. The first room we were given was not cleaned from the last guest - actually I don't even know if that guest was still using the room since I ran out as soon as I saw the bed undone. Went back down and got an apology and a new room. The new room appeared clean, but had a very stale smell which we assumed was the fridge or dishwasher. Putting the A/C on helped just slightly. The bed and bedding were comfortable, but the A/C blew on me all night and I woke up with horrible allergy symptoms, so I assume the filter was not clean. Towels were awful. They were tattered and tiny. I am a size 6 and it barely wrapped around me. Plus there was one bath towel when we checked in. Luckily, housekeeping was in the hall and we could get more and not worry when we got back late after the wedding. Breakfast was should not be called breakfast. Most food was pre-wrapped in warmers and most were empty. I had a dry scone for breakfast with OJ. Luckily, we could do online check out and get out of there asap. Employees were very nice - particularly shuttle driver.

Very clean hotel with pretty good spread of free breakfast. Ample parking and quick access to freeway and eateries around. The only area of opportunity is for the front desk staff to greet guests and smile. The general manager greeted and smiled but front desk staff in both shifts on all the 2 days we stayed - it was hard to get them to smile or greet anyone even after making eye contact.

I’ve come to like chain hotels like the Residence Inn. You know exactly what to expect and what not to expect, and the hotel delivers on those expectations every time. You know they’ll be clean and comfortable, and this Residence Inn is no different. My family and I stayed here for a night after our short vacation to six flags. We got a two bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen and a nice little L-shaped sofa that folded out into another bed. Great for families. The hotel had a decent gym, a nice indoor pool, and a homey little outdoor patio to sit around. Not exactly the Ritz, but it’s a quiet, clean, homey place. All in all, a nice place to stay.

I wanted to let anyone going to a lax tournament that this hotel was the perfect place to stay! I typically like Residence Inns but this one was so nice. The room was huge, love the decor and I asked at the desk-the pics in the room are from the local area. The young man that checked us in was kind and sweet and they had a toothbrush and toothpaste for me. I walked by the director of sales who was so kind to me that I stopped to ask her, her name-Melissa. And I also met the General Manager-Maher who was making sure the little market area was stocked-I would assume for the weekend as I saw other lax players. Each person was nicer than the first. What's weird is, my room was so quiet (usually when we travel for sports it is really loud). Our room was super clean -I travel a lot so I check that and my bed was super comfy. I also loved the shower pressure which is something else I want. Anyway just wanted to share my lovely time at this residence inn, my daughter and I loved it and will stay when we come down to go to Six Flags too! Go Top Guns!!

Great facilities and outstanding customer service. I had a small issue with my room and Juan resolved it immediately to my satisfaction. He also followed up to ensure there were no additional issues, I would definitely stay here in the future.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for two years, every time I am in town for business. I am a regular. STAFF is terrific. I've complained several times about how the hotel is becoming run-down. The gas grill doesn't work, the firepit flames are six feet tall with no adjustment. I've had several instances where I was missing a hair dryer, etc. My LAST STAY, (and I mean my LAST) - dirty soap in the bathroom, missing a picture from the wall, and missing a drawer from the kitchen. Despite repeated emails to corporate, I have not been contacted by the hotel. Will not stay, nor recommend EVER.
