The nicest thing I could say was that the bed was comfortable. The photos and 3 star listing are deceptive. The office/check in was clean. The parking garage should have been enough of a warning: filled with garbage bags, broken and discarded things, and day, one flight walk up to our room (despite being told, they were only seven steps). There was a glass door to a small, rickety balcony, no shade or covering on the glass door, which allowed visibility to the parking garage (no way to access the bathroom from the bed unclothed). The furniture was mismatched, the bathroom was in severe need of updates definitely not worth the $200 plus a night we were charged.

The room was dark and dingy. The refrigerator was plugged it with an extension cord across the room. The shower had a used bar of soap in it. Toilet was gross not cleaned. Used towels on rack. In addition to the hotel room charge they charge an additional $20 hotel fee for what I don't know. Emailed them was told too bad read the fine print. Very rude would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There was a long hair in the microwave. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Other guests yelling at all hours of the night management said nothing.

I booked this Inn for a weekend a way with my granddaughter, the pictures online are not what the place looks like, the online description is not accurate. The sliding door (the only way in or out ) wouldn't lock, it smelled like cigarettes and filth, the towels had stains and dirt on them , the toilet was dirty and the bed looked like some already slept in it. The place was not safe for two females to stay. I left immediately to go to dinner to figure it out and spent my dinner time calling several hotels and finally found another hotel 6 miles a way, upon returning I explained to the girl at the desk and she said she could not refund my money that i would need to email the manager, to which I did his response was that they offered me an "upgrade" (which they did not, they offered "another room") and I declined so he would not refund me. Since then he has ignored my email. I felt very unsafe staying there and was afraid of getting sick from the cigarette smell and the dirt. We never even sat on the bed we didn't even put our luggage down because we were leaving and the door wouldn't lock. I was terrified someone would come in at night and rob us. This place is awful , awful , awful. I never leave bad reviews but i feel the need to WARN people.

I'm not even sure where to begin with the mess this hotel is in! We stayed fri-sunday and from the beginning it was a sh*t show. Couldn't check in until 45 min after check in time because our room wasn't clean yet. The man at the desk said they were unable to work because of the rain weird but OK. Once we got in the room the floors were full of sand. Went down requested a broom they said they'd send one up. They came with a broom and a half broken dust pan but it was better than nothing. Went out came back a few hours later to grill our dinner. The grill wouldn't start so I went to the office and asked if they had a lighter for the grill, they didn't. They said they'd bring me a lighter, after about 15 min they finally came. (kitchenette was not stocked with anything other than a small pot, plates, dirty silverware, and a spatula). Later in the evening we came back to the room to sleep where we found feces on our sheets and mattress cover. We immediately notified an employee that answered the phone. That employee was so concerned and actually cared. He came up removed the sheets and gave us extra sheets to sleep on until morning where it could be rectified and the mattress cover cleaned with cleaner. Next morning we came back to our room to find a note saying they didn't clean our room per our request, which we did not request! Went down to find out what was going on and was brushed off by the man at the desk even after explaining that the night before we found fecal matter on our sheets and we wanted our room cleaned. They finally sent a girl over who took out our trash, put new sheets on the beds, and walked out. No manager was available to speak to but the man at the desk assured me he'd be in contact, and we've not been contacted yet and its been 3 days! Pools were dirty and not tended to regularly either. Wont be going back here ever.

Terriable place very rude owner and terriably rude kids running around jumping in front of cars for parking the rooms were falling apart the pool is not heated everything was run down when my mother fell and all the gentle men sitting around just looked at us they are more worried about sitting under an umbrella then helping there guest the front desk is helpful and nice also very hard to find some locations in the dark

There was no flooring going into the room; there was no clock, the TV was ROKU and if you didn't subscribe to any apps, you were out of luck w/the exception of LIVE TV. There was no heating in the public areas, the parking area had no light....to be fair, we were told by a man behind us while we were checking in that they were in the process "of renovating" but still! One good note! The young man checking us in was extremely personable. All in all I would have to wait for the renovations to be completed to really pass judgement, however the way it is now, I'd stay away.

Motel from Hell for sure ! I made the reservation online. Over $600 for 2 nights! I understand about location - it was easy to walk to the beach! Shower curtain was moldy - had to have it replaced. TV did work! Finally, they brought in a wi fi extender. Tub was filthy and the shelving around the tub was dirty and moldy! Rugs filthy, the mattresses were terrible - looked like a sway back horse ! And just as uncomfortable ! The pool picture in the online was NOT the pool that was there - that pool was a little bigger than a hot tub ! AND no hot water until I complained to the front desk. However they did it - they got it fixed ! Whoever the owners are do NOT take care in their property ! I would never recommend this place !

Old, run down spot. Under new owners. Wall paper peeling, rugs decrepit, room smells moldy, bathroom sink leaked onto floor, towels were clean but older than sin, tub slippery ( be very careful) no handle /handicap bars, linoleum was about 40 years old, such disrepair. Two pools were ok. No lounge chairs. No plus size chairs. However, staff was lovely. They responded to all of our inquiries and needs. We wish new owners well. Old kitchenette in room. Not sure if appliances work but fridge and coffee pot worked well. Again, customer service was excellent. It's not staff's fault that owners have failed to upgrade or remodel.
