Très calme dans un quartier tranquille mais avec plein de restaurants. Proche du lac. Personnel disponible et sympathique.

Charmant hôtel en plein centre !

The owner made our Hangzhou trip memorable the moment we stepped in the homestay. Asked if they could help order us halal food as we were to tired to roam around. Since halal food is not available online, they let us borrow their e-bikes and brought us to the nearest halal restaurant, and also eat together with us! We had some other issues and the owner will always help. Language doesn’t seems to be a big issue here. Room is clean, owner upgraded our room to the creek view’s room. Kudo’s to both owner and the girl who manage the counter. Would love to come again if i ever go to Hangzhou West Lake

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. A quiet place and perfect base for day trips to the tea region. I felt completely comfortable, would gladly stay here again!

Due to the hotel our trip was amazing!!! The room is clean and cosy, there are hairdryer, air conditioner, disposable towels, shampoos and toothbrushes – everything needed. Moreover, owners of the guest house suggested breakfast and tea in the evening🥹 They also helped us to rent a bike for a whole day, so we traveled around with much more comfort than expected. The terrace is beyond beautiful, in the night it’s great to sit there. All in all, thanks for the service, atmosphere, support and kindness! It is located in a really beautiful part of the neighbourhood, with lots of good places to eat nearby (especially some of the hotels recommendations). The rooms are beautiful and clean, the area is wonderful, there is a botanical garden nearby as well. The people working here are great and get back to you on WeChat very quickly. This place has a laundry machine and a dryer. The only negative was the bed mattress was very hard, otherwise it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Chill neighbourhood and pretty little lake next to it. The room is pretty aesthetic as well.

I stayed in the room with a projector. The room was really cozy and the host's hospitality was amazing! It felt like I was going back to a relative house rather than a hostel. The host would always be greeting us whenever we are leaving or coming back. He also went above and beyond to provide us with extra services (such as providing us with lights when we were filming **) Amazing service as well as an amazing place! The projector was a great addition allowing us to wind down at the end of the day.

Everything’s just great!!! Really clean, the location is perfect and really beautiful, close to all the main attractions and the owners are amazing people! They made us feel like members of their family! They helped us in every way possible! We are so happy we chose this place and that we had the chance to know them!!!

那邊都是這種風格的民宿，周邊環境很安靜，適合喝茶品茗，房間很乾凈，前台還給我免費升級了房型，房間很大，三樓較好，蚊蟲較少，天氣是陰天所以閣樓也不熱，睡着很舒適。空調勁很足，開久了會有點冷哈哈哈

很愉快的住宿體驗，位於青芝塢鬧中取靜的地段，打車吃飯都很方便。民宿自帶小院，綠化很棒又出乎意料的沒有蚊蟲，很乾凈。設施齊全，投屏電視，免費電動車和漢服還有劇本殺。老闆也很熱情，退房了還請我們吃水果。 下次來杭州會繼續住的地方。

ที่พักเดินทางลำบากเล็กน้อย เป็นสไตล์โฮมสเตย์ ที่พักตรงปก ที่นี่ไม่มีบริการอาหารเช้า แต่มีเครื่องซักผ้าอบผ้าให้ใช้บริการฟรี มีรถจักรยานไฟฟ้าให้เช่าขี่ มีชุดฮันฟูให้ใส่ ผู้ดูแลที่พักและพนักงานค่อนข้างเป็นมิตร ให้ความช่วยเหลือ และดูแล ดีมากๆ แต่งงที่ไม่มีพรมเช็ดเท้าในห้องน้ำ พอขอไปบอกให้ใช้ผ้าเช็ดตัวแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ที่มีอยู่ในห้องแทน อย่าลืมชิมชา longling นะคะ หอมอร่อยมากๆ

衞生乾淨，服務好，房間白天照到陽光可舒服了。玩了遊戲機，還在廚房做了一頓飯，老闆和前台都很不錯，格局大，給我們借了一天電動車。因為隔壁在刷漆，還送了我一杯咖啡。這個價位裏做的很不錯的了，推薦大家體驗。

服務：老闆性格很Neci ദ്ദി，SD卡遇到問題，幫忙弄到半夜兩點，超級耐心！！跟老闆聊天很舒服，不過有一説一，服務是真的好ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧ 環境：晚上安靜，感覺很温馨，清晨在陽台上能聽到清脆地鳥叫聲 位置：打車進來很方便，附近有植物園，打車去景點也很方便 衞生：床品乾淨舒適，沒有異味
