The hotel is comfortable although a little dated in its balinese style. No door for the bathroom comode was a strange design.

An outstanding hotel, wonderful position for hiking, excellent gym and very helpful staff. You can do a hike circular route in about 2-3 hours. Amazing breakfast… so much variety

本來看了點評對這家酒店充滿期望，但是想説失望了，這家酒店摒棄的宗旨應該是一切節約為主吧，房間設施老舊不是重點，重點在於給客户的感覺也是我們酒店服務一切以節約為主，來的第一天，走廊冷冰冰的，走廊餐廳燈光都以昏暗為主，重點奇葩的是第二天看見客房打掃人員用的是房間小毛巾擦拭馬桶，第三天看見酒店活動，家人問了下説給孩子舉行的，那還算什麼酒店活動😨😨😨😨😨😨😨另外早餐也並沒有評論中説的很豐富。

定酒店的時候是看着掛了五個⭐，但實際，我覺得最多三⭐，價格與⭐不匹配。定酒店的時候我也注意到這個裝修年份是2015年，當時想衹要乾淨，地理位置好就行，結果，經過驗證，以後再也不住裝修年代久遠的酒店了。事情是這樣的，我們是3月1號入住，當天天氣超級熱，差不多29度左右，我們外出遊玩回來之後，覺得房間好熱呀，趕緊開冷空調，設定温度為20度，可是奇怪，呆了一會我們覺得越來越熱，房間像大蒸籠，再次確認空調，是開的製冷，但是房間就是不涼快。後來打電話和前台確認，空調可以自行調整嗎？回答是：不行，這是中央空調，衹能這樣。後來我們實在太熱了，關了空調，打開窗户（注意：窗户超級難開，因為窗簾是古老的拉上去拉下來的那種，超級難拉上去，具體不細説），結果窗户連個紗窗都沒有，一會會就看到蚊子飛來飛去，我們又滿房間抓蚊子（見照片），最後還是關上窗户吧，點蚊香液。再次電話前台，問有什麼辦法解決一下嗎？答：給你們送個電風扇來吧。好吧，電風扇送來了，噪音超級大，就這樣開着電風扇，享受着噪音，一晚上也沒睡好。這就是以後不要住裝修年代久遠的酒店了。再就是地理位置，離西溪並不近，離靈隱寺的公交車接駁點倒是不遠，且酒店有免費班車送到接駁點（可騎共享單車）。早餐也就那樣，並沒有豐盛可言，和連鎖酒店差不多，五星絕對夠不着。總之，不太好的一次入住體驗，供參考。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店早餐豐富多樣，品類齊全，兼顧中西特色，從現煮麪點到精緻西點一應俱全。入住還有新鮮水果，大堂還有免費的現磨咖啡，讓人倍感舒心。強烈推薦給注重效率與舒適度的商旅朋友入住！
