Upon arrival the service desk employee was very friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness of the room and shower needs more attention. After submitting a complaint about all the dirt under the bed, it was dealt with but only the section highlighted in the picture. When I moved the bed further away from the initial place, I found more dirt and old hotel room slippers.
The location is perfect if you are visiting Xixi Wetland.

This is an excellent hotel when visiting Xixi wetlands area. Breakfast is mostly Chinese buffet but does include Western cereal, coffee and toast. There are no knives and forks except for the kiddies set, which works for speaking butter. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the head manager. The rooms have a great view and third floor rooms have a balcony. This is a wonderful place to sit and listening to the birds.

一直想來杭州西溪濕地遊玩，這次選擇了南廬君亭酒店，真的是太明智了！
酒店的位置超棒，距離西溪濕地北地鐵站步行僅需 15 分鐘左右，交通十分便利。酒店外觀簡約大氣，內部裝修卻充滿了中式韻味，讓人一進入就有一種賓至如歸的感覺。
房間給人感覺非常舒適，面積很大，佈置得很温馨。床品乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，睡起來特別舒服。房間的隔音效果也很好，晚上休息得非常好。衞生間的設施很新，淋浴區和馬桶區分離，使用起來很方便。
酒店的服務真的是無可挑剔。前台的工作人員態度親切，辦理入住和退房手續都非常迅速。在入住過程中，工作人員還會詳細介紹酒店的各項服務和周邊的遊玩攻略，讓人感覺很貼心。酒店的其他服務人員也都很熱情，無論是在餐廳還是在其他公共區域，都能感受到他們的熱情服務。
此外，酒店的周邊環境也很美，出門就是西溪濕地，風景如畫。在這裏可以盡情享受大自然的美景，呼吸新鮮空氣，放鬆身心。總之，南廬君亭酒店是一家非常優秀的酒店，我會向朋友們大力推薦的。

房間很乾凈，打掃的十分細緻，居住的很安心
離西溪濕地特別近，步行一小會兒就能到。對於來西溪濕地遊玩的朋友來説，簡直不要太方便！早上可以慢悠悠地過去，感受濕地的清新空氣和美麗景色，玩累了回酒店休息也不耽誤時間。
