During our stay, the staff were very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The food is also delicous. Thank you very much.

Hot water was not working - which in a resort is rather poor as the bathroom with view onto the water was a key feature. The fact that the staff come into bedroom and bathroom with their shoes on is intolerable - dirty and unhygienic,

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

酒店就在西溪濕地裏麪，位置挺好的。酒店入口處的大叔很熱情，前台有一位男的像經理的管家也很專業，酒店的擺渡車可以隨時到濕地各處來接你，還會一路介紹各個景點和餐廳，推薦我們徒步路線。其次就是寵物友好，小狗在這住的也很開心，這次住的房型外面還有一窩不怕人的流浪貓。唯一感覺需要提升的就是酒店的餐食，

十一和家人去西溪濕地玩，入住“湖舍客房”19號房，60平寬敞通透3人入住也很合適，裝修風格中式復古，園林景觀環境幽美，整體居住體驗很贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🏠室內環境：分為換鞋走廊、浴室衞生間、會客區、卧室、和室外專屬露台，從床上能直接看到湖景，很愜意；晚上泡澡很舒服，窗外景觀不錯。 💁服務：管家和所有的服務人員都很有禮貌和熱情。有專門的擺渡車從濕地北門接送；辦完入住管家會細心介紹酒店整體的園林設計和環境；領到客房再介紹室內佈局；贈送了歡迎水果和晚間服務，整個房間都香香的也沒有文字；還參加了手工課有老師指導，體驗也很好。 🍃室外環境：曲徑通幽，所有的客房區都可通過一條路閉環走到，不會迷路並且沿途可以體驗到不同的景觀風景，空氣清新植被多，也很安靜長者也喜歡。 📪：美中不足的是贈送的約拍服務合作的攝影師放鴿子了服務沒有享受到；贈送的酒吧飲品忘記領了～
