Super clean and super comfy bed! Spacious and all the staff are helpful. Will definitely book this again when I go back to Hanoi! Worth every penny!

Spacious room for the 5 of our family, 3 adults 2 children. the receptionis Mint, is really helpfull. hers english is excellent, she also help us to arrange the trip to Sapa. We'll be return to this hotel on our next visit to Hanoi.

Good location, great service, okay breakfast. However, I stayed on the 4th floor but can smell food (possibly from the hotel’s breakfast preparation) and hear noises (from cleaning of the nearby rooms) since early morning every day.

Good!!!! Từ phòng ốc - đến lễ tân và chủ bảo vệ đều ok và thân thiện cực luôn!!! Thích nhất là các bạn lễ tân, bạn nào cũng niềm nở take care khách. Sẽ quay lại nhiều lần!!!

The staff at KeyPad Hotel were absolutely wonderful! From check-in to check-out, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Whether I needed assistance with my room or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to help with a smile. The service was top-notch and truly made my experience at XYZ Hotel memorable. Highly recommend for their exceptional staff and service!
