I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She is a tour guide and helped me explore many interesting places in Hanoi. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, making me feel right at home. Although it wasn't a luxury room, the service here was truly impressive. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. I was very satisfied and will definitely return if I have the chance.

We will take note of your comments and correct the errors so that all guests who experience my apartment have the best experience! However, we would like to correct some incorrect information in the previous feedback to avoid negative impact on the hotel's reputation.1. Room amenities: All rooms for 2 guests are prepared with 2 bath towels, 2 face towels and full toiletries. After each cleaning, we have housekeeping staff take pictures to check everything as well as have staff check the quality of apartment service before guests arrive. This guest used up all the bath towels, I told her to check in the closet but she said there were none so I asked the staff to bring more even though it was evening, after working hours.2. About the glasses and utensils: The guesthouse operates in the form of a serviced apartment – different from a traditional hotel. In this model, items in the room such as glasses, cups, plates, etc. are fixed according to long-term standards, similar to those in a family apartment. After each guest, the housekeeping team always cleans, washes, disinfects and leaves them in the right place to serve the next guest. However, because they are not completely replaced every day like in a hotel, in some cases, glasses may have water stains, light dust or dry marks after drying, especially when not used for a long time. This is not a sign of “dirt” or “unhygienic”, but is a characteristic that can be seen in reusable items in the apartment – even in our own family.We always encourage you, if you feel uneasy, to rinse the glasses with hot water before using them – just like when using household items.3. Cleaning service misunderstanding:The property has a free cleaning policy every 2 days, which is clearly stated in the booking description. During her stay, she did not send any cleaning requests in advance, but only sent photos of the messy bathroom - a situation that arose due to personal use. Immediately after receiving the photos, we proactively asked you "do you want your room cleaned?", and only then did she confirm "yes". However, it was late at night, the housekeeping staff had finished their shift, so we scheduled the cleaning for the next morning and you agreed to this plan. The next day, the staff came to clean the room completely as requested.4. Contact and response time: She reported that it took more than an hour to contact and only received a response the next day. However, we would like to clarify: you contacted the intermediary platform (Trip), so the response time depends on the platform's processing procedures.On the contrary, all messages and requests sent directly to the hotel's support department were responded to immediately, even outside of business hours. During her stay, our customer service team and staff recorded that they had fully supported all her requests.In fact, after 7:00 p.m., she sent a photo of the wall clock with the words "don't run" - without any specific message. We proactively understood that the customer wanted to replace the clock because it was not working, and sent staff to replace it the next morning. She did not respond further after that.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We always appreciate all contributions from customers, whether compliments or advice - because it is an opportunity for us to improve the quality of our services. However, in some cases, if you do not reflect directly during your stay but only leave a negative review after checking out, it is very regrettable that we do not have the opportunity to listen and support in a timely manner. We always want to accompany you throughout your stay - just a message, our team will try to resolve it immediately. We hope that in the future, you can communicate more clearly for a more positive experience.

Наша квартира была на 41м этаже. Прекрасный вид из окна.
Фото апартаментов отличаются от реальной квартиры.
До старого города или французского квартала на машине 25-30мин.
Вокруг много кафе, торговый центров, спа салонов.
В квартире была стиральная и сушильная машины.
Недостатки:
В ванных было плохо убрано. Матрасы жесткие, пружинные. Не достаточно столовых приборов, нет ножа, чашек для чая.

호텔에서 매우 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 필요한 모든 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 공간 디자인이 세련되어 하루의 피로를 풀기에 안성맞춤이었습니다.
특히, 호텔 서비스의 질이 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들은 항상 친절하고 미소로 맞이해주었으며, 필요한 도움을 신속하게 제공해 주었습니다. 체크인부터 객실 청소까지 세심한 배려가 느껴져 인상 깊었습니다.
호텔의 위치 또한 편리해서 관광 명소나 맛집으로 이동하기 좋았습니다. 정말 다시 방문하고 싶은 멋진 숙소입니다.
