친절하고 여유로운 직원 응대 깔끔한 시설 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 나중에 또 방문해보고싶어요! 조용해서 푹 쉬기 좋았습니다.

Accueil et service très professionnel. Bel hôtel dans un écrin de végétation luxuriante où chaque bungalow est parfaitement agencé, équipé et confortable. Le dîner pris au restaurant le Tonkin n’était pas particulièrement bon et beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui a été servi. Le petit déjeuner par contre était parfait, beaucoup de choix. Ceci dit, l’endroit est magnifique.

Après une expérience très médiocre à Mai Cho, nous avons été enthousiasmés par cet hôtel quelque peu perdu dans le superbe parc national de Ba Vi. Les Français, surtout un peu âgés, seront très touchés et même émus par les nombreuses ruines, traces de la colonisation françaises, tout à fait respectées d'ailleurs. Pour revenir à l'hôtel, les chambres sont disséminées dans une végétation luxuriante mais pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de marche, des voiturettes viennent vous chercher. Les chambres sont parfaitement équipées et tout à fait confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est absolument fabuleux et l'on se demande même comment cet hôtel arrive à offrir un tel choix alors qu'il n'y a que 70 chambres. Non seulement choix mais qualité en sus. A signaler un remarquable directeur de la réception, parfait professionnel ayant l'oeil à tout et réglant les problèmes personnellement et efficacement et une réceptionniste exquise Thuy Ngo.

The staff were so lovely! They were friendly and extremely hospitable. They looked after us amazingly. Thank you for the most wonderful time! It is the most beautiful place we have ever seen. The food, service and scenery was incredible. We can't wait to come back and visit! Xx

We had the best stay at Melia Ba Vi. The scenery is simply breathtaking. The wellness experience was out of this world. Hang and Lan gave us amazing massages. The food is also great. Everybody is so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very good foot Massage during our stay. We had a nice complimentary massage that we took during our stay at Mountain Retreat Hotel. The ladies were very nice and professional and I had a great massage by Hue and my husband by Lan Hoang. We would definitely recommend that.

The spa is really nice and the Massage was also very good :) Lan Hoang did a very good back massage!!!She did it peaceful and carefully :)i had a 20 Minutes massage:)the spa center is so beautiful and they do a Great Job there, especially Lan Hoang did the Massage with cautiousness and mindfulness. You can feel the Peace ✌🏽

Hello, We are at Melia Bavi Retreat at the moment. It's our last day in Vietnam after we had 20 days exploring this lovely country. We left it to the last day to come here to relax before our long flight to Malta Europe. Well,this resort is a gem in the forest up the mountain. I highly recommend it,if you want top service, tranquility, brilliant cuisine and above all nature. As we arrived we were greeted from the reception and a tea was brought over by the bell boy while the check in was progressing. All staff are so attentive . They are all very well mannered and ready to assist for any need to may require. We met the operations Mr.Patrick,very nice person,even available to talk to us,taking us pictures by the pool.so nice of him Guest relations manageress had all the time in the word to stop and talk to us,even asking if all is fine. Very professional. Again in my opinion this the place to visit and I recommend this place 💯per cent.

The environment is nice and quiet. We can spend a lesiure time here. And the message is wonderful. Lan, Hue, Nhu are all friendly. The tranquil ambiance and soothing music added to the overall ambiance, creating a serene a**osphere that enhanced the experience. I left the session feeling completely refreshed, with a newfound sense of calm and well-being. I highly recommend this massage service for anyone seeking a truly exceptional and therapeutic experience.
