La porte de la salle de bain ne peut pas être fermée hermétiquement. Lorsque vous prenez une douche, l'eau jaillit à l'extérieur. L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise. Le bruit de la marche des locataires à l'étage s'entend clairement, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien, proche de partout La chambre est spacieuse, l'état est bon et il parle bien l'anglais, donc la communication est fluide.

직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만.. 너무 지저분해요 ㅜ 낣은건 이해하겠는데 먼지도 많이 쌓여있고 청소 안한듯요, 침구에서 냄새나요 ㅜ 두번은 안묵을것 같아요.

○立地 旧市街や水上人形劇場にも徒歩で行けるので、観光しやすいです。目の前にスーパーもあります。 道に一人通れるくらいのゲートが面していて、ホテルの入口はそのゲートを通ったらあります。道からホテルの玄関が見えるわけではないので注意です。 ○スタッフ、対応 用意してもらっていた部屋が急遽使えなくなったのですが、ベッドの大きさなど配慮してもらい、こちらの要望を相談しながら別の部屋を手配してくれました。スタッフはとても親切です。5:00amのチェックアウトにも対応していただけました。 初日テレビのチャンネルがうつらなかったので設備は3の評価にしました。テレビは次の日に直してもらいましたが、すぐつかなくなってしまいました。笑　テレビは見なくても不便はなかったので、大きな問題ではなかったです。 配送荷物の受け取りを事前にお願いしたら、フロントで預かってくれます。スタッフとは英語でやり取りできましたし、翻訳アプリでベトナム語翻訳を見せれば問題なかったです。エレベーターで８階まで行けます。 ○清掃 担当者が一人で回っているようでした。清掃の時間に私達がまだ部屋にいた際は、お願いしたら後回しにしてくれました。トイレットペーパーは鏡の裏に補充分があります。 ○朝食 スープ、ウインナーベーコン、パン、サラダ、ベトナム料理が3品ほど(2日食べましたが前日と違う料理でした)、デザート2品ほど、オレンジジュースとアップルジュース、水などがバイキング形式でありました。オムレツは頼んだらスタッフが焼いてくれました。食べ歩きメインだったので軽く食べられるのがよかったです。食堂の大きさはテーブル席が5つ前後、10〜12席ほどありました。 ○灰皿 ホテルの外に灰皿スペースがあり、外でタバコを吸えます。

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Alle im Hotel können englisch sprechen. Das einzige was nicht so atemberaubend war, ist das Frühstück.

綜合都一般一般吧

Les plus : bonne literie, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la situation géographique est excellente, pas de nuisance sonore extérieure, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Les « moins » : le mobilier de salle de bain est usé, l’insonorisation des chambres entre elles n’est pas excellente (on entendait les gens dans le couloir). Les membres du personnel autre qu’à l’accueil ont parfois du mal à comprendre l’anglais : nous avions demandé à ce qu’un sac de vêtement soit conservé et à ne pas laver (« no wash » répété trois fois). A notre retour les vêtements ont été lavés et nous avons du payer les services de lavage… C’est dommage! Malgré ces points mineurs, nous recommandons largement cet hôtel, qui était vraiment très bien ! Point d’interrogation sur un sujet : le petit déjeuner où le choix n’est pas très important (j’ai cru lire dans certains commentaires qu’il fallait commander, mais cela ne nous a pas été expliqué lors de notre séjour de 4 nuits) à vérifier donc.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Firstly, it's just off the main street, so it was nice and quiet. The staff are really friendly and speak fantastic English. I ordered a shuttle to and from the airport which was very handy. My room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of buffet and also menu options. And it was walking distance to the main streets and tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Hà Nội. We were very close to St Josephs Cathedral, the Hoan Kiem as well as the night market. Train street was not too far away, but please try the little restaurants behind there (P. Tong Duy Tan) as they are so good. Everyone at the hotel were so welcoming (including Kevin) and all our needs were met. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This is my second visit to this hotel and they are very accommodating and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit to Hanoi. The breakfast is tasty and the room is good value and right in the centre of the old quarter. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location….. Spotlessly Clean rooms and reception…. Good breakfasts…. But the stars of the show were the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you. Both the reception staff and in particular Kevin, sorted out transport, arranged SIM cards, set up a taxi app on my phone. It seems nothing was too much trouble. We would defo stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a small friendly budget/midrange hotel.

The beds are very comfortable and the service was excellent. They helped us book travel and a second hotel at the last minute when they did not have space to extend our stay. They were very welcoming and quick to help with any suggestions or recommendations for places to eat or see. Good breakfast. The pho was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet as it was off the Main Street a bit. Would definitely stay there again and recommend for families.

A nice stay with golden sunshine villa . Hotel located in an Alley with quiet. Room are spacious with windows. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. I really voted for their hospitality. Breakfast was great with both option buffet and menu called

I had a confirmed and paid reservation through Agoda that I made about two months ago. I stayed there in January of 2020 and liked it a lot. This time, not so much. I arrived and was informed there was a problem with my reservation. It seems that the hotel was recently sold and the amount charged by the previous owners wasn't enough to suit them. I got the impression they wanted more money to honor the reservation. After a lot of back and forth between Agoda, the hotel, and me, Agoda put me in a different hotel, actually an upgrade, so it ended well. But who needs this kind of stress at the end of along day of travel. I'd beware of this place.
